      My purchase rebate was 4-5 months after purchase. So it was nearly 2 months late, but I still received emails to buy more contact lens. I sent a reply that I wouldn't buy until I had received the rebate for the last order. I immediately received several replies that they were forwarding the complaint to the card processor and the card would be issued in 5-7 days. I received it as told, activated it, and started using it at stores.
      I don't know if I will purchase lens with rebates since I now have to buy a year's supply to qualify for a rebate. I've previously purchased lens twice with lens.com but only for six months supply. They seem to be aware the rebate issue is a sore subject with customers as they sent several emails indicating the rebate would be arriving quickly and then asked for a review after it was delivered.

      lesson learned, I sent in my rebate as soon as I got the lens order that was end of October 2022, same results as the rest here, it is 2/5/23, still nothing

      I’ve always order with them but the last 2 orders they charged 86.00 dls for taxes??? Are you kidding me!!! Never ever, last orders for sure

      7 months and no rebate despite complying with the overly rigid and manual rebate request form. Blame "supply chain issues" on website, but have nobody in customer service that will return a call. Either going bankrupt and need the cash flow or just crooked.

      I sent in my prescription from my doctor for contacts lenses. I ordered 4 boxes. The rep said everything is fine he’ll send the order in. Unbeknownst to me he inputed the right numbers but put in a negative sign instead of a positive sign. I never knew that made a difference, I just checked the numbers and open the contacts to only find out that they were blurry. So I opened the other 2 boxes 1 left eye and 1 right l eye as I the the 1st two to make sure. I was thinking the 1st boxes were probably a bad batch. All four boxes was a bad batch because of the negative sign being inputed instead of a positive sign. I entrusted this company(LENS.COM) to not only double check my prescription before they sent out my contacts.But them to rectify the situation buy sending me out my correct prescription, not only did they decline it, they are also not giving me my Indy back. I can’t afford to take a $230.32 lost. I’m barely getting back on my feet financially due to covid. I just need them to make this right.

      BUYERS BEWARE! I purchased $536 worth of contact lenses, they sent me the incorrect prescription so I followed their instructions and mailed the package back to them with their prepaid shipping label. After 2 months they have still not issued a refund, I have called them close to ten times and have been given the run-around. Finally they falsely claimed that they issued a refund which is incorrect. Going on three months and still no refund.

      I placed an order on 7/15/22 . I’ve been due a rebate for $105. I have yet to receive it. This is now over 6 months! I will never do this again. In order to ever get a rebate you have to log in and search for the rebate center. They don’t make it easy.

      My rebate form was mailed on 10/4/2022. I called 1/31/2023. I was told my visa gift card for $75 is delayed for material shortages and shipping delays.
      There are visa gift cards that have been made and shipped to retail
      Stores across the country. What is the real reason? Buyer Beware!

      I ordered contacts on August 11, 2022 because Lens.com offerred a rebate that I should receive at the end of 3 months' time. To date, I have not received my rebate. I asked Lens.com to look into it, and they have used nothing but stall tactics. What was originally supposed to be 3 months was extended to 5 months. Now it supposedly in the mail and was supposed to take 7-10 business days; now it has been extended to 2 weeks before receipt. I have read other complaints and some people have been waiting up to 10 months!. Please do something about this!
