      Failed to send promised $85 rebate. My rebate form was received by the rebate center on 9/13/22 and still not processed by 1/20/23. Online chat was not available to help. The customer service representative that I reached (Andrew) said that the rebate process had been stalled in the last stage since November and that he was sending a "ticket" to the center to get the process moving along but would not send me any sort of confirmation that he had done that. So ... still waiting.

      Wish I could give 0 stars. I only ordered as I was promised a rebate, however, I still have not received my rebate. Going on 10 months. SCAM!!!

      Beyond horrible business that I ordered from in early Nov. and they keep playing a game with me by saying there is a "slight delay" in my contact lens order. I had to cancel the order after getting the runaround for 3 months. My rider just got moved to ship in February.

      This is the absolute WORSE company to order contacts from! They are deceptive and actually blame customers themselves for problems they create! They lied to me several times about my order, and what happened to it. I wish I NEVER ORDERED FROM THEM!!!! They lie AT EVERY TURN!!! I’ll NEVER GET MY MONEY back!!!! They sent me COMPLETE OPPOSITE from what I needed and ordered and then had the nerve to tell mr it was all my fault. I sent the wrong ones back in NOVEMBER and they say it’s still in transit (JANUARY 5 I wrote this) and I know they are lying! They wouldn’t even give me a tracking number because THEY ARE LYING!!!!!!

      I will just add my comments on to the hundreds of other negative reviews about the Lens.com rebate system. I have purchased lenses from this company several times over the years and have been satisfied with the promptness of the lens deliveries and the quick mailing of the rebate form. NOT THIS TIME! I bought a six-month's supply of lenses that came w/ an $85 rebate. I submitted everything on time and have been waiting in the queue since Sept. 2022. The initial rebate wait-time of 12 weeks was suddenly changed to 20 weeks. The rebate card has been processed and has been waiting to just be mailed out for about 4-5weeks now (!!) At this rate, my contact lenses will expire before I get my rebate card and when it's time to renew, I doubt I'll used Lens.com. The only edge they have over the dozens of other companies is their rebate option, which reduces the cost of the lenses to a reasonable price. But if the rebate is not a guarantee anymore, why bother going w/ Lens.com? They're all probably owned by the same monopoly but the overwhelmingly NEGATIVE REVIEWS confirm that it's not worth shopping here....and I used to be a satisfied customer.

      Lens.com is a fraud and scam! I ordered a years worth of lenses with the promise of a nice size rebate- this was back in Aug 2022. Today is 1/3/23 and have called 3-4 times as of tonight’s call with nothing more than excuses of back log processing times! I told the rep I was going to report this issue and he couldn’t have cared less! Do not use this online service people! Scam, scam scam!!

      I ordered contacts on 11/7/22. they have been delayed 4 times now and i'll likely not receive them until February of 2023!!! on top of this they do not charge your card at the time of purchase but rather whenever they decide to "get" them. i called to complain and was told basically that its my problem to deal with! as soon as i locate another supplier i will NEVER use this company again!

      Bait and switch - they advertise $38.99 / box of contacts and by the end, after all the "taxes and fees" it's $71 / box AFTER rebate. And their rebate center is "backlogged" - it takes about a year to receive your rebate card.

      Their business practices are fraudulent and shady. DO NOT order from them.

      My rebate of $150 filed back in August of 2021 never came! I contacted Lens.com many time through emails or phone calls with no avail. This is a total scam. I think they just want to drag their feet and hope people will forget (probably most people do) about their rebate. If there is a class action lawsuit, I am happy to join in.
