      My total should have been $300. At the very last step of check out they tacked on $150 in tax and processing/handling fees. Needless to say thankfully I caught it before I finished checkout. I called and they could not give me a breakdown of fees. Stay far away from this company. You will receive the rebate (I have on other orders) but your basically paying for it yourself now ??
      I checked my order history and before this I have not been charged anything over $39 except my last order which I must have missed they charged me $80 in fees. Never again will I order from them. What company can’t give you a breakdown of their fees?!?!

      Been waiting for months for my rebate. Absolutely ridiculous! They also didn’t tell me when I ordered that the $75 off was in the form of a rebate I was apparently never going to get. I’ll order 1-800 contacts like I usually do in the future.

      I will never order from this company again. I ordered contact lenses in December 2021 and it took 11 months to receive my $100 rebate after many, many emails and calls to the company. They claimed there was an issue with the shipping address which caused the delay. For those of you waiting, keep trying....you will get it eventually albeit after much frustration.

      Fast forward to 2022, I thought I'd order again since they had a larger rebate of $210. Get this...on the order page, it showed my total after rebate would be $388.72 for eight boxes of 90 My Day Disposables...not bad. When I went to the payment page my total changed to $628.59. When I called to enquire i was shown on the shipping address page there's a breakdown of the total price (after the page break, mind you, so I'm sure many people don't look down there. The new price included a "Taxes & Fees" line in the amount of $229.92. When I asked the representative about fees she informed me the fees "are to allow them to perform the services they perform but most are rebated". As we know they are terrible at sending rebates and I'm sure many people give up allowing them to keep the ridiculous fees. I will also be reporting this as a scam if the BBB system will allow it. I guess I'm going back to 1-800-CONTACTS! Happy new year all.

      Sent in rebate August 2022, No rebate card yet and it’s Dec 2022. Called and asked I just got the typical “ they are still working on it”. Not really thinking Lens.com is worth using anymore. Sad!

      Do not purchase from or use Lens.com. They are nothing but a rip off. You will not get your rebate, they will string you along hoping you will forget about it. I purchased my lens on 6/24/22. it has been sitting with card fulfillment since then. Every time I contact them I get the same thing, we are working on it and we are very busy, the card should arrive in 12 weeks. 6 months and nothing. Everything written below by these other reviewers I have experienced as well. Shop somewhere reputable, this company is not

      Received contacts quickly but as many others noted…..rebate has not been sent….ordered placed 6/24/22 and they received my rebate form shortly after……has been sent to some made up visa card processing step and they put an urgent message on their visa rebate tracking page saying rebate vendors have been severely affected by a shortage in some global raw material supply chain…..interesting how i have received a visa card from other services/vendors in short order…..dont count on the rebate

      I echo what others have said about the rebates being a scam. They don’t tell you when you place an order that you have to apply separately for the rebate, and that there is a deadline. They don’t send you an email to remind you that the deadline is looming and your chance to get a rebate is about to expire. The rebate should be applied automatically — what is the purpose of making you apply (and only by snail mail, not electronically)? The purpose is obvious: they count on the fact that most customers won’t apply, and thus Lens.com can keep the money. When I called them to ask for an extension of the deadline, they said they could not do it, that the “Rebate Center” is run by a third party. But they refused adamantly to tell me the name of this third party or themselves to go to the third party to ask for an extension. It’s just wrong.

      I put in an order with Lens.com in August with the same $105 rebate offer others are complaining about. We are over halfway through December and I have yet to receive the original rebate from August. I contacted them once and did get some kind of excuse that it was a supply chain issue. Seriously! I've checked on their rebate tracker site a couple of times and it shows "Card Fulfillment by Visa Card Processor". So it's ready to go. Just waiting on "Card Mailed by Visa Card Processor". Guess the post office must have supply chain issues too. SMH

      FALSE ADVERTISING. REBATE FRAUD
      Lens.com received my rebate form 7/4/22 and started "processing it". Per the rebate tracker, it is all ready to go, but they have not mailed it yet. When you call customer service, they tell you to that there are problems getting the materials to make the rebate cards and ask me to wait longer. I call BS. Give me my $130 rebate that was used to lure me in to purchase from Lens.com's site. They should be charged with false advertising. I should not be waiting more than 5 months for my rebate.

      It's been 8 months and I still do not have 2 rebate checks for products purchased. I've checked several times and the employees keep saying, "its being processed". Seems like this company should be sued with a class action lawsuit for false advertising. They are not sending rebate checks as promised. It does not take 8 months for a rebate check.
