      I ordered this product back in JUNE and it is now mid-December. I still haven't gotten my rebate!!! It feels like false advertising in their FAQs stating that it takes up to 12 weeks. It has been three times that long and it still isn't here! While I hoped this online buying would save me a trip to the store, it is not worth waiting over half a year or MORE to get your rebate back.....save the hassle and just go to Costco to get the same exact price without having to wait for a stupid mail-in rebate.

      Also, for those who are more environmentally conscious, Lens.com uses all of the individual cardboard containers within the cardboard box that the contacts come in. Costco does not and I think it is about 70% less cardboard or something. Will not be ordering(waiting) here again.

      I have ordered contacts in June 2022 and still have not received my rebate. I have been checking with their team since September. They keep saying that the rebate will be mailed in a few weeks. Months pass and still no sign of the rebate. Might not order from them anymore in the future.

      Misleading price/box. NO WHERE does Lens.com explain that you will ALSO be charged outrageous "taxes & fees" that are in addition to the quoted price and quoted rebate amount.

      In large font, Lens.com clearly showed my final cost to be "$17.99 per box after rebate". BUT this does NOT include the additional $21.74 per box in "taxes & fees" I paid (which was well-disguised on the very last screen, before placing me order). You heard me right... the "taxes & fees" was MORE THAN the advertised "final price"!!

      To summarize, I shelled out $73.48/box, with the promise of receiving a $135 rebate ($33.75/box), which comes to $39.73/box (a FAR CRY from their advertised final cost of $17.99/box)!
      Oh, and as for my $135 rebate? Its been 18 weeks since they received it, yet still not rebate (though their website promises 12 weeks).
      NOTE: in addition to this Review, I also filed a Claim with BBB, asking Lens.com for: Modification/discontinuance of an advertised claim. I encourage others to do the same.

      Although an earlier experience (2021) was ok, my recent order (5/2022) ran into problems when it came to the promised rebate. Basically it's still outstanding, more than 6 months later. Customer service keeps repeating the same boilerplate about "checking with the rebate center" and "your rebate is being process, but there's a backlog", and they "can't provide a time by which it will be mailed out". This is the message for the last 3 months. So forget 12 weeks; it's been 27 weeks and counting since the rebate was accepted for processing.

      I think there's a problem, probably a financial problem, and I'd stay far away. I've written off the rebate loss and will use a different supplier for my next lens order.

      Filed for a rebate 8/22 and it’s now 12/22 and have received nothing. I contacted customer care 3 times regarding the status and they always say it’s taking more time than usual. I feel like this is a scam and a stalling technique in hopes that people forget what is owed to them and they profit. Very disappointed! Totally sleezy and will fill credit card dispute.

      I am waiting for one rebate from the beginning of May and one from August. Tomorrow is December 1. This company has the ability to get you the product to charge you in 3 days, but when I comes to giving you the rebate it takes forever. They blame the global situation which is a problem nowhere to get a visa/gift card. Will not order from them until they rectify this issue, it's just not worth the aggravation of trying to track and get answers on money they owe you.

      This is a scam. Do not use this company. Been waiting 6 months for the rebate card. It has been in waiting to ship for the past 5 months. Whatever you do, plea do not use this company or fall for the rebate scam like all of us writing these reviews.

      I added 2 boxes of contacts to my cart at $68.74 each. Shipping is $9.95. So the total should be $147.43 but somehow the total at the end is $181.41. They don't list anywhere what the extra $33 is for but they claim there's no hidden fees. Total scam! Judging from the other reviews it seems I'm making the right choice by not buying from them.

      If I could give them negative 5 stars then I would!!!! I ordered a set of contacts in October 2022. Some how the company cancelled my order. I re-ordered my contacts again on 11/17/2022 with 2 day FedEx shipping. A week later my contacts still had not arrived. I called and spoke with an agent and 2 supervisors. My contacts were not shipped because they were not in stock. I explained that the agent did not inform me that the contacts were not in stock and I would have purchased locally if I knew that they were not available. The only thing the company would offer me was a refund. They refused to provide any kind of discount to make up for their company’s incompetence.

      I sent my rebate information back in June, verified received. It's been almost 23 weeks since then and still no rebate. Seems to be a lot of people dealing with that. All of their positive rebate reviews on their site are anonymous.
