  How does one get the digital cards once redeeming points? I have spent about an hour with phone folks who KNOW NOTHING

  Horrible card don’t use or get. No matter how many times you pay your balance out or make payments, they will close your account. Credit one takes up to 7 days to take a payment out your account or you can pay a $4 fee for express on top of your minimum payment. If anything comes out of your account while they process your payment in the 7 days they will close your account. This credit card will hurt you more than it will help you. Stay away!!!!!!

  This would have been a 5-star review until today. I am furious right now. I have two platinum cards with Credit One. They charge an annual fee, but I was alright with that because I was building credit. And you know what? It worked. My credit is better to the point where I no longer need the cards.
  So today I tried to cancel them and that's where this company is RUDE! First the menu has no option to speak to a representative. The trick is to press 0. Once they knew I wanted to cancel, I was transferred to another rep. To say this man was a jerk is being kind. He spoke fast and kept trying to con me into keeping my card open. "We will refund the annual fee and keep the account open, okay, thank you and goodbye..... What? I had to scream, no, I'm not done, and I didn't want to keep my account open. It was trick after trick. Same with the second card. I would have recommended until today. Stay away!

  Last year they called saying I suddenly owe an annual fee- something I never had in any previous years- I paid it and asked them to cancel the card since I never used it even once. They just called me one year later saying the same thing- because they never canceled my card and won’t until I pay the annual fee for this year. Absolutely horrible company full of scams.

  I got this credit card. I owed $75 immediately. I paid $30. Than they locked my account due to address verification. I sent my id, fpl bill, paystub and car registration. They told me because my fpl didn’t have a due date (I am positive $578) they couldn’t verify my identity. They are a scam. They took that $30 quick though. I sent in everything requested. My id does not have the same address. But everything else does. I have credit cards with over $5000 limits. This card was an accident. Please everyone stay away.

  Absolutely do not recommend. I used this card 10 years ago. The day the payment was due after the 3rd or 4th month I was using it, I received harassing phone calls and very rude and demanding customer representatives. I told them I would pay it the next day on my payday. The representative was not accepting that. I told her at that time that I did not appreciate the harassment and treatment and to cancel my card. I found out 3 months later they had not. I received a new bill with ridiculous interest. So I called them and that’s how I found out.
  After canceling the card correctly. I paid over $1,000 to a less than $500 bill. This obviously included interest. During this time I had received several conflicting bills and argued with representatives just to get the actual remaining balance. Paid it off, per our agreement.
  Almost 3 years later, I get a call from a collection agency stating I owe over $700 still. I explained to them that the company was paid plus interest and after this long I didn’t have proof. The company told me I needed to get with Credit One to get corrected information. Credit one refused since the collection company has it. Both companies refused to provide proof or send it back. So now I have a collections sitting and damaging credit due to fraud by Credit One.

  Worst credit card company ever very predatory. You pay your bill takes more than w week for them to post payment. Why so they can make more money on interest by holding payments hostage. It's amazing that this company would be bbb approved.

  It's a shark card for sure. I wish I had never got it. The fees they throw at you left and right make it almost impossible to get ahead. Make a payment and it's always less than what you deposit. Takes em forever to post it. Their fees set me at overdrawn by $8 so made a payment and now I'm $9 overdrawn what the hay?? BS.. I'm super angry as I've always made payments on time and managed my balances fairly decent. Sticker shock major....I put the card away and now will just pay it down. Once I can get it paid I'm closing it. It's not worth the heart attacks you go through. If you're thinking about getting this card..RUN..and don't look back. There are better options build up your credit a bit more and go for those. I wish places like this would be shut down.. basically crooks taking money that people are having a hard enough time getting. Smh. Bad business...
