Domain Listings sends out mailers that look like bills for a service, which they have not provided. I had to stop my wife from paying it, thinking it was an actual bill for our website. I have asked this company to stop sending these mailers to us on TWO different occasions, and they refuse to stop. They also refuse to alter their mailers. Someone not paying attention will just mail off the requested $288.00, thinking it was a business expense (almost happened today).Business Response

in March of 2024 I had a terrible car and am just now getting my life back to normal. During this year, our non-profit Friends of **************************, *****, ** received and paid 4 different bilings from the following: Domain Listings on April 15, 2024 and May 14, 2025 for $288.00 each, Nat'l Domain LLC on September 20, 2024 for $224.00. Domain Networks on October 9, 2024 for $289.00...a total of $1089.00 ***************** cannot afford this money when the businesses do nothing for us. I realized these were all scams on June 16 when our treasurer presented another bill from Domain Listings and I questioned the billing because I know our two Domains are paid for by other ***** services. I called the Domain Listings and the phone call was very quickly disconnected when I explained why I was calling. The other two I have not contacted, yet, but will do so as soon as I have time.Business Response

I received a charge from Domain *********** and have never used this company or have an account with this company. I called their listed number that I found on ******. The ***resentative was extremely rude and hung up on me. I called back and the same *** answered and was still rude but took my info and told me that I'm not in their system. I told her that was correct because I've never used their company before and that there was a charge on my account. The *** told me there was nothing that she could do and hung upCustomer Answer

You have other complaints about them.
we are a small community based nonprofit giving out scholarships to seniors in need who wish to pursue college. Every dollar counts and no one needs shady companies like domain listings
As consolation they removed our nonprofit from there mailing list that I never signed up for.

Just got some mail from this horrific company. It's a complete scam. They send your business a letter that looks like an invoice for a domain registry hoping that people will blindly pay it. The fine print does state it does not actual have business in registering domains but the intent of the letter appears to mean otherwise. Do not give them money. They offer no real services to your business.Business Response

I am writing on behalf of *****************************************, a homeowner association managed by **************************, to formally file a complaint against Domain Listings LLC (P.O. ******************************).In early 2025, our management company received what appeared to be a legitimate invoice from Domain Listings for services related to domain registration. The invoice (No. ******, dated 02/05/2025) was formatted to resemble an official renewal notice, requesting payment in the amount of $288.00. Unfortunately, due to its misleading presentation, the management company processed and paid the invoice via check on March 24, 2025.Upon discovering this, Iacting as a representative of the Preston Hills HOA Boardcalled Domain Listings LLC to inquire about the nature of this charge. The individual who answered the phone was unprofessional, rude, and ultimately hung up on me. After that, they refused to answer follow-up calls. We believe this company engaged in deceptive business practices by intentionally designing a solicitation to look like a legitimate invoice. This has caused unnecessary financial loss and frustration for our association and management team. Additionally, the behavior of their customer service representative was completely unacceptable and further highlights the companys lack of professionalism. We respectfully request the following:A full refund of the $288.00 payment made by check on 3/24/2025.A formal apology for the misleading invoice and the unacceptable conduct displayed during our attempt to resolve the issue. We urge the BBB to investigate this business and take appropriate action to prevent other organizations from being misled by these tactics.Business Response

Extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received. The customer service representative I spoke with was shockingly rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. Their attitude was unacceptable and unprofessional. This entire experience is a scam. Our company was overcharged, and despite attempts to resolve the issue, no one was willing to assist or take accountability. The lack of support and transparency is ************* a result, our account has been closed, and we will never use your service again. I strongly urge others to reconsider doing business with your organization.Business Response

The documents we received in the mail are very misleading. The date of the check is February 6, 2025, which was mailed on February 7, 2025, in the amount of $288.00. The misleading invoice was thought to pay the renewal of our website domain listing. This dispute is that when my website service and domain were interrupted, I called Domain Listing at ************ to inquire as to why this happened. The person that answered the phone would not even discuss the issue nor tell us what service we paid for, was very rude and hung up on us. I immediately called back, and the person answered with oh its you again, cussed me and hung up again. After a third call we were cussed out with very foul language and hung up on. I would like a refund at this point because I cant get any answers as to what the company is providing for our company. The company, Domain ************ has not tried to resolve any issues, nor have they been willing to have a cordial conversation with us.If they were to provide any advertising, I couldnt get them to talk to me much less find out what, when or where. Whatever we paid for is supposed to be good for a year.Business Response
