    They send you paper letters that look like a bill to renew your domain name. They do not renew domain names (and to be fair they say that in the letter), but the letter is designed to look like they do.
    What they want to do is charge you $288.00 to be listed on their internet directory at www.domainlistings.directory I have never met anyone who has heard of this site, but if you want to be listed on there and think it's worth $288 a year then go for it! Just realize this service will NOT renew your domain name or anything like that.

    First off the mailer does not state that we register or renew domain names......
    Enen when calling in and told the the same thing over the phone people still hear what they want..

    Scammy company. Sent an "offer" letter that intentionally looks like a bill to "renew" your domain. Not even sure they really can register your domain or if they are just scamming people but regardless - beware! I knew who our domain was registered with so was able to recognize this as a fraud, but don't want them to get a cent out of people.

    I have repeatedly called and an EXTREMELY RUDE lady keeps saying the refund check of $288 is in the mail and it is shown delivered and received on their end. I have been trying to tell her that we have not received the check. I know they did not send a cashier's check so why can't they see if the check was even cashed. She mentioned that they did their part and mailed the check. She kept saying to me I need to check my records and called me a dumbass. How in the world are these people running their business with this sort of customer service. I give it zero stars. I believe I will never get the $288 that was due back to me.

    To the company responding, this is a scam and you know it so people are going to call in mad, so deal with it. My experience they scammed a non-profit nursing home out of $230 preying on people. This is not a Domain Name registrar.

    First off we didnt scam you of anything. You received a solicitation in the mail that states in big bold letters. In which you are under no obligation to pay the 288$ unless you accept the offer. And of course we dont renew or registrar as it also states

    the most horrible customer service ever. I called for one simple question and the lady just hanged up on my face. who ever is the CEO of this company you should either hire professionals to work for you or fire your entire front desk.

    So glad i checked into this! My business, a small municipal water authority, received a "bill" for our domain name. "THIS IS NOT A BILL. THIS IS A SOLICITION." is there if you're looking for it. the bottom line is this company is working in a deceptive, borderline unethical, way.

    Horrible customer service agent who answered the phone and no other person available to speak to. I have never experienced such rudeness. We are a 32 year successful business and if I had any employee speak to a customer this rudely and then hang up, I would terminate them. Maybe this company is known as a scam company and it is represented by the person answering the phones.

    This business keep sending invoices like you have bill with them. They make sure looks like a bill and if you don't pay attention you will pay it. Once I called to check on what this was, the lady answered the phone had the nasty attitude just answering the phone. Saying "what do you want" I ask repeat what is this company and she then said "Good-bye I Don't have time for this!" So this business definitely a business that needs to be investigate and is up to no good.

    I had the same experience as others: They sent me what looks like a bill for website domain listing. Only buried in the text does it say this isn't a bill. I do pay for that domain, but not to them. This is really a nasty business practice.
