    I had the same experience as others: They sent me what looks like a bill for website domain listing. Only buried in the text does it say this isn't a bill. I do pay for that domain, but not to them. This is really a nasty business practice.

    I paid an invoice back in August of 2024 and still trying to get a credit as they are not hosting our webisite anymore. I have called several times and spoke with the same person and she is extremely rude. This is $288.00. This woman has told me now twice my check is in the mail. I then asked for the check number and was told it is not in front of her. She rudely hung up. The last time we spoke with her back on 11/15 and was told the same thing as the check was mailed yesterday and she hung up on us that time as well. Do not use this company!!!!!!!! IT'S A SCAM!!!
    I would have given zero stars but it would not allow me to do so.

    Knock it off Domain Listings! You know that many people are confused by your deceptive solicitation and that many people could mistake it for an invoice. It is just a sleazy and disgusting practice. If your service offered any real value you would not need to do this.

    SCAM SCAM SCAM STAY AWAY! I was even on the phone with them asking about what they do and some very rude lady was on the phone with me and sighing at every question and she even hung up on me because I asked her what is even the benefit of going with them. Obviously a very shady scam company

    I called the company to ask to be removed from their mailing list. When the representative answered the phone, she spoke so fast I asked if I had reached Domain Listings. She did a very heavy sigh and then rudely stated "Domain Listings". After I asked to be removed from the mailing she asked about the spelling of our domain name, in which I spelled it back to her phonetically. This ticked her off. She huffed and then in a condescending tone told me I would be removed from the list and then hung up. This lack of professionalism and courtesy was unacceptable. I believe customer service should be treated with respect and patience. My hope of this review is to merely bring light to such poor customer service.

    I am extremely disappointed with Domain Listings LLC’s approach to business. They send mailers that resemble invoices, which is misleading, even if they include a disclaimer in ALL CAPS. The design seems intentionally confusing, and judging by numerous reviews, I’m not alone in feeling this way. Instead of addressing customer concerns thoughtfully, the company responds with sarcasm and defensiveness, which is unprofessional and only fuels frustration. It’s clear that customer service and transparency are not priorities here. I’d strongly advise others to avoid this business if they value respect and clarity in their transactions. Please remove my company from your mailing list.

    We received a sketchy invoice that looked like a bill. Basically it was a solicitation for us to agree to have our website posted on their shady directory for the bargain price of $288. This place needs to be shut down. The invoice looked real at first and I bet people fall for it.

    Our company received what looked like an invoice. When I called the number provided on the form to get better clarification and to verify that we did not owe such money to this company, the lady on the phone was highly unprofessional and beyond disrespectful. For a company sending out solicitation ads you would think to be more respectable to the people calling in about it. In no way will you receive business in the manner in which you treat people. Don't send out solicitation ad's and accept phone calls if you have no knowledge on how to be in customer service. & as seen below I am not the only business/person feeling this exact way. Very unprofessional, distasteful and disrespectful. Learn manners or find a new choice of career. Might write another review later just to help keep your 1.09 starts in tact.

    I agree with the rest of the people complaining, very unethical business model, you should be ashamed to make it look like a bill to renew the website. I read the letter, so no need to answer your usual outraged condescendant response. You know what you are doing... it is despicable. Please note that I did not want to lose my time reading your letter trying to extort money from people.
