In 2023 I was contacted by this company through the mail about consolidating my student loans. They had all my information including my exact student loan amount and claimed to be affiliated with the ***********************. I have been making payments to them since 2023 and just recently discovered that none of my payments have been going towards my student loans. This entire process was a scam and I would like a refund as soon as possible!

I had received a letter on December 7th 2023 for a Student Loan *********************** Reduction Program from Superior Services. I spoke on the phone with a gentleman named *******. Upon explaining the program he told me that for the first 3 months $299 would be deducted from my bank account and every month after that $49 would be deducted from my account until the consolidation reduction loan payback was complete. I had 8 loans open and my school loan debt was $31,518. He had told me that the principal, interest and loan payback from the government would total $51,500. He stated the with this program my payback amount would be $11,500. He explained that this program would pay off all my student loans closing the 8 loans, then I would be paying back the program until my 240 payments where finished. I agreed to enroll and was told my payments would start January 17th 2024 in the amount of the $299, and would be the same amount of the $299 deducted from my account on 17th every month for first 3 months. Every month after that $49 would be deducted from my account for 240 payments totaling $11,760. He said that he needed my routing and account number to begin payments so that the payments would be deducted directly form my checking account, which I had provided to him. Starting in January 2024 through July of 2024 the payment amounts that were agreed upon that were deducted from my account every month was from the servicer of Superior Services ********** PPD Wed ID: **********. Starting in August 2024 the same amount of $49 was still being deducted from my account on the 17th but from a different servicer ACRDT8662696690 ********** PPD Web ID:**********. In September 2024 the same amount of $49 was still being deducted from my account on the 17th from a different servicer ************ DOC PRE ******** Wed ID: ********** and this continued on until November 18th 2024 when the last payment was deducted from of my account. Taken to court by the *** December 2024.

I am writing to formally file a complaint against Superior Servicing regarding fraudulent loan consolidation services. In December 2023, I was contacted via mail by your company regarding student loan consolidation. I was informed that, for an initial payment of $899 and subsequent monthly payments of $49, my student loans would be consolidated and managed accordingly. However, despite making these payments, I have found that none of the money went toward my student loans as promised. I attempted to contact the company using the phone number provided, but it is out of service, leaving me without any means of communication or resolution.Given that the services promised were never delivered, I am in the process of disputing every single charge with my bank. Additionally, I am seeking legal action against your company for deceptive and fraudulent business practices.I demand an immediate refund of the $899 initial payment as well as all subsequent monthly charges. If I do not receive a satisfactory response within [reasonable timeframe, e.g., 10 business days], I will escalate this matter to the appropriate consumer protection agencies, including the ************************ (***) and my states Attorney Generals office.I expect a prompt resolution to this matter and look forward to your immediate response. You may contact me at the information provided above.

A little over a year ago (end of 2023) I received a letter from superior servicing who claimed to assist with student loans. For 14 months, I paid them $49.00 a month. The company told me that they would pay off my loan to avoid it hurting my credit score, I just had to agree to pay an initial enrollment charge of $799.00 and then monthly installments for 20 years, which would end up decreasing my total loan by over half. I found out that they misrepresented themselves and falsely advertised because my payments did not go toward my student loans. I have tried contacting them but the number they provided is not a valid number anymore. They now have my money and private information such as bank info, ssn, etc. This scares me more than anything else.

Federal government scammers. They called me and convinced me that they were affiliated with the government and have had me paying $50/month towards nothing. General Forbearance (Current Servicer)Income Driven Application (Current Servicer)Someone named ***** reached out, I mailed forms with my SSN and more multiple times. I just called and the number doesn't exist: **************** ************** . I feel like an absolute idiot and I don't know how much money they've been taking from me, it must be almost $500 now or more. They claimed they'd help me pay off my student loans faster if I sent in my documents. Please help. I'm currently in my dissertation fieldwork out of the country so please email.

About a year ago, I received a letter in the mail about student loan forgiveness. I called these people, and they took my ACH info and my social number. I have been paying $49.00 USD for over a year now, with an initial payment of $600.00 USD. This was a scam, and they took my information under false pretenses. I lost my card, and my bank information changed, so they called me wanting me to update my card info, so they doubled down on lying and stealing from me. I've been working two jobs and going to school just for someone to be robbing me is sick and I want justice. I'm seeking legal aid, criminal and civil charges, and anything else I need to do. There customer service number is *************

During November 2, 2023 I receive a letter from Superior Servicing LLC stating they were a loan forgiveness program and they could help me repay my loans back in a smaller monthly payment plan of $49.00 instead of $100.00 + each month. I accepted, not realizing what I had gotten myself into. They charged me about $299.67 on November 2, 2023 was taking out of my bank account. Every month they withdrawal from my account $49.00 until now . They also asked for my pay stubs from my job, my social security number, and even had me login with my FAFSA ID in order to act as if they would help with my loans, while also constantly calling me for more paperwork. I also call them every month cause I'm receive letter by mail from ************************** loan servicer telling me they haven't received any payments from me! I didn't understand why, because of course Superior Servicing LLC told me the monthly payments were going to my loan repayment. So if that was the case, why was my loan servicer telling me they never received any of my money? All the money I have given hasn't gone where they promised it would. Multiple customer representatives from ********************** told me that these $49 payments would go to my loan servicer so they knew I was repaying them. When none of it ever did go to my servicer. I been try to call Superior Servicing LLC phone number to cancelling my enrollment with Superior Services and all I get is no is available to take your call. I'm going filed a claim with my bank, I am worried about my information that my information will be use for things i didn't sign up for or going to be use for their purpose. I have to reach out Mohela Federal Student Aid loan servicer to let the know what happening. Please help getting my money back and getting rid of this company, that taking advantage of students like me.

I was contacted by mail about my student loans and told I should enter into a loan consolidation. I was told they would make the payments directly to aidvantage. I was told the first payment had to be $299. in November of 2023 that same month Superior Servicing took out $49 and they took out $49 every month after up until 7/22/24. Then the $49 started coming out under a different company's name, ********. I think this was possible because they had me give them my name, SSN, Birthday, Account numbers, they know how much money I get a month. They have my children's names, addresses, and phone numbers. I paid them up until 11/15/24 when I noticed that nothing had been paid to Aidvantage and my student loans were in default. I then stopped payment and contacted ********** directly
