1 starSo, the company did assist with consolidating my loan into one area, however, it is not for the amount that was discussed to me and the communication with this company has become completely sketch. The numbers I have for them are all disconnected! How does that happen? Three separate numbers and they’re all inactive. I have emailed time and time again & get no response. I have a payment due in 6 days and I can’t reach anyone to figure out what’s going on. I have had to reach out constantly to her answers, had to resend my paperwork twice in the mail just for someone to say I could have uploaded it electronically. After I did that, communication ceased to exist.
I was informed that I am paying a service for them to do the paperwork and my loan will be consolidated to $12k. My loan started around $44k and is now up to $45k due to interest.
I would rather take my chances and do the paperwork myself. I’m demanding a full refund at this point. I don’t play when it comes to bills and making payments. I’ve worked very hard for my money and credit for it to thrown away due to a companies negligence.
I want a response ASAP! As I stated my loan payment is due 1/6/2025 and I’d rather use the money wasted on this service to make a payment if I need to make one.
I was so excited when I was given this offer and now it’s nightmare that has me freaking out daily because I’m left in the dark and feel like I’ve been scammed out of money.Review fromPete K

1 starSuperior Servicing LLC is a scam, I thought my student loans were consolidated for $1000, then monthly payments of $49 for 120 months to pay off the loans, that never went to my student loans.
Still waiting for them to get back to me but seeking legal action.Review fromTenaj H

1 starSuperior Servicing LLC is a SCAM! I was sent a letter back in January WITH ALL MY INFORMATION on it to consolidate my student loan and get low monthly payments there after! I was told I needed to pay $800 to consolidate because you HAVE to have paid a certain percentage of the loan. Once I paid the $800, I was told my monthly amount would be $49 a month and after 7 years due to my federal working time my loan would be complete! I paid the $800 Feb 1st & in March is when the $49 started to come out. I got a letter from Mohela recently saying that my account was DELINQUENT DUE TO NONE PAYMENT! They said that they've NEVER received not ONE payment from me!!! I Googled the company and Superior Loan Servicing came up, their located in California and when you contact them, they let you know in their disclaimer that they ARE NOT associated with ANY student loan payments or consolidations! Come to find out, the Superior Servicing who had been sending out letters to consumers is a FRAUDULENT LLC who's scammed THOUSANDS of Americans out of THOUSANDS of dollars!! I've found SO MANY reviews on ppl that's been scammed and fighting with their banks to get their money back or have gotten their money back INCLUDING ME! (I'm fighting now). DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM if you have not already. If you have, file a fraud complaint with your bank IMMEDIATELY & have ALL further payments stopped from being deducted.Review fromAdria L

3 starsWHEREAS SUPERIOR SERVICING PROVISIONING OF STUDENT LOAN RELIEF SERVICES INCLUDE DOCUMENT PREPARATION AND SUBMISSION FOR RELIEF OF CLIENT'S FEDERAL STUDENT LOANS (PER CONTRACT)
This company has taken $1387 from me since May of 2023. I checked my Nelnet account and my loans were not consolidated and no payments have been made toward my student debt. My student debt has actually went up over a $1000 over the year. I have not seen any relief where it's supposed to count. I was told my monthly pymt would be $49.00 for 120 months no matter what. Well nelnet is advising me pymts will be higher now that I turned in my tax returns. I would like my contract breached and ALL of my money returned to me immediately Mr. Leonard Montecino.
(Per Contract) it states I AM FULLY AWARE AND UNDERSTAND THAT I AM ENROLLING IN A STUDENT LOAN RELIEF PROGRAM. IF FOR A VALID REASON, I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH THE PROGRAM, I WILL ABIDE BY THE CANCELLATION POLICY TERMS AND CONDITIONS WITHIN THIS PAPERWORK. Well I should not have to abide by your cancellation policy terms and conditions since you did not satisfy any of my debt with this supposed loan relief program.
(Per Contract) it states SUPERIOR SERVICING WOULD LIKE TO CONGRATULATE YOU ON YOUR DECISION TO TAKE CONTROL OF YOUR FINANCIAL FUTURE AND THANK YOU FOR ALLOWING US TO PROVIDE YOU WITH ONE OF THE MOST EFFECTIVE SOLUTIONS TO ACHIEVE YOUR STUDENT LOAN GOALS. You did not provide any solutions to achieve student loan goals.
I have not received any updates regarding my status update from this company and I have no clue or proof where it's going since it's not going toward my debt but it is going out of my bank account, which I will be informing my bank to stop pymts immediately and filing a police report.Review fromMegan K

1 starI have been scammed by Superior Servicing. I now know that, like others, the $1,146 they collected from me over the last 6 months has not gone toward my student loans nor has my loan been consolidated.Review fromCarla B

1 starScam........I am formally filing a compliant! I began with what I thought was student loan consolidation on April 24th, 2023. The process of things seemed be be going well according to this company. As months went on, I was told not once, twice, or three times that I had to resubmit my paperwork and stayed in communication with me having me believe that this process was being ha dled in the right way. I began receiving calls and emails that my student loan was delinquent. In my attempt to gain understanding about this, an employee said that my information was right and was basically a mess. She said a supervisor would return my call to resolve this. I did not receive a call back. I attempted to call someone and all I have gotten is voicemails ehich is a change from before. I am convinced that I was scammed and I would like my money back. I now have to figure out how Im going to reconcil this. They previously claimed everything was fine and I would only have to pay $49/mth. Shame on them for taking advantage of people in times of hardship! Shame on you Superior Servicing LLCReview fromThomas C

1 starLodging a formal complaint against superior servicing LLC. Like many others on this page, I agreed to their terms by being rushed by the employee on the phone and told that my “payment” would be 49.99 a month. The “official” student aid crest on the documents further made me feel like this was a safe option, I was wrong. The representative inferred that this would be my student loan payment, but he may have been trained not to actually say the words “student loan payment” to avoid liability. When I checked my loan status earlier this year I learned that no payments had been made on my behalf. When I tried to log into their site to manage my account I realized I had never been given login credentials and had had no way to access my “account” since they were never actually my new student loan servicer! I lodged a fraud complaint with my bank and received a refund for 49.99 from the march payment, the last payment i made before realizing the fraud and revoking their access to ach withdraw when in total they had taken 1250 from my account. I have been told by my bank that since I signed the paperwork authorizing the withdrawals the charges were legitimate. Why was one payment refunded and not the rest? They were all for the same thing no? I am going to continue to escalate this with my bank and file a police report for fraud with the local department if I must. I hope that others who receive these letters have better sense than me and google superior servicing before agreeing to anything, they will see that this company is predatory and will take money from you monthly for a “document preparation fee” even though they only submit the paperwork once at the start. That alone is a disgrace. I wonder how they sleep at night.Review fromAlina R

1 starI am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Superior Servicing for their deceitful and fraudulent practices. My interaction with Superior Servicing began with the promise of assistance in managing my student loan debt. Under the guise of assisting with student loan forgiveness and consolidation, your representatives approached me with an offer that seemed too good to pass up: the opportunity to have a significant portion of my student loan debt forgiven in exchange for three payments of $333 each.
Moreover, the documents sent to me had a federal student aid crest on them, portraying the affiliation with federal aid programs, leading me to believe that this arrangement had the backing of legitimate government entities. The sense of urgency created by your representatives was palpable, with the implication being that I needed to act quickly in order to take advantage of the offer. Feeling overwhelmed by the burden of my student loans and the prospect of having a substantial portion of them forgiven, I succumbed to the pressure and agreed to make the required payments. However, as time passed, not a single cent of the funds I had paid had been directed toward federal student aid, nor had any progress been made toward reducing my student loan debt. It became painfully clear that I had been misled and deceived by Superior Servicing and that the promises made to me were nothing more than empty rhetoric designed to exploit my vulnerability and desperation.
I demand a full refund of the payments I have made to your company. I insist that all further communication from Superior Servicing be conducted exclusively through written correspondence via mail or email. I categorically refuse to engage with any fraudulent calls or communications from your representatives, and I will not hesitate to take further action if necessary to protect myself (submitting a claim to the attorney general) and others from falling victim to your deceitful practices.

1 starThey steal your money they scam you into thinking that your student loans will be consolidated. They charged me 800.00 over 3 months and on the 4th month I was charged 49.00 a month for their service. What service, other than them taking 49.00 a month for nothing. They are misleading and go after the vulnerable. I asked to speak to a manager and was told there wasn’t one there at the time. I am going to continue to get my 800.00 back as this is wrong in so many ways. My wife had cancer and is now unemployed and we are on a fixed income. I only hope that this company is shut down before another person falls for their scam.Review fromMaritza P

If I could give them 0 I would! This company called me and advised that they were a student consolidation company and they were Affiliated with the department education. Which was a lie they turn around and told me that I had to pay a portion of the student loan, which was $900. I gave them my information then The last phone call I had with them. They advised that they’re not a consolidation company for the department of education, but a company that does the paperwork and charges $900. I never received the paperwork. I never sent the paperwork and when I called and I told him that I don’t want any money taking out my account they sent me something to sign and I signed it and took money out of my account again don’t use this company. They’re horrible and they will lie to you. I just filed a claim with my bank because they’re charging you to do paperwork and they lie about it. They’re very deceptive and they’re horrible and when you try to call them, it says that it’s out of business hours right now it’s 10 o’clock in the morning on a Wednesday, which is their business hours so they also randomly block you with your phone number. This is horrible. Please don’t use it. They stole my money and I’m trying to get it back. Also, they sent the paperwork and I had to sign for the paperwork which I never signed for the paperwork and they’re trying to charge me this money for paperwork I never received. Please don’t use this company. Take my advice. Please do not use this company if I could give it a zero if I can take them out of business, I really would. I should’ve known there was a red flag when they didn’t want to do a three-way call with the department of education with me that should’ve been the biggest red flag. They went on my account and change my username and changed everything and to my knowledge what they told me was, they were gonna go on the phone with the department of education and they didn’t do that. They lied throughput the process.please don’t use them!Superior Servicing LLC

Hello Maritza,
All our calls are recorded, we have copies of the documents we sent you, and we have a copy of the service agreement you signed with us. The programs we assist applicants getting enrolled into are government programs, however we never claimed to be affiliated or a part of the Department of Education. We are a private company that prepares federal documents for applicants to enroll in the SAVE or ICR programs. This is a service we provide for a fee. Also, our customer service number is still active. We have spoken to you several times regarding your account, and you confirmed with us on April 11th that you had mailed out the documents we prepared for you. We will be reaching out to you to resolve this matter.
Best Regards,
Superior Servicing
