      I ordered a bouquet of flowers to be sent to my mother-in-law for Mothers Day. It never came. I contacted Terrys florist and they said their flower order didnt come in and they were going to refund my money. Its been a week and theres no refund. Every time I email them they keep putting me off. They have no business address on their website.

      Placed an order online on May 7, 2025 for an Elegant Lavender Bouquet priced at $64.99 retail price as a Mothers Day gift for recipient. Received receipt of order via email after order placed same day. Delivery date was to be on May 11, 2025. Confirmed with recipient today May 17, 2025 that it was never delivered to her residential address. Seeking a refund for this order since firm failed to deliver product. Will attach order receipt.

      Scam local florist that charges junk fees and is not local anywhere. Do NOT purchase anything from them. ****** should be sued also for not shutting them down in results.

      DEC 31st 2024-I called Terry's Florist to order a funeral arrangement for the funeral Jan 4th 2025 in ***** AK * I spoke to ** I ordered a premier arrangement* $300* a floral cross. My credit card was charged $311.** JAN 2nd 2025 called back Terry's Florist January 2nd to confirm the name of the deceased and time of service with ** * at that time he said the invoice would come to my e-mail.JAN 6TH 2025 I still did not have the invoice so I called ******* back to tell them* I spoke to **. He told me they couldn't fulfill the order due to a ''supply issue" and knew it January 2nd. I never received a call or e-mail so I couldn't hustle up an order with a different florist. Still have not seen a refund on my credit card. These people are criminals.

      I ordered a PREMIUM flower arrangement for a lady who donated her kidney to my daughter 25 years ago. What she recieved does not look anything like the picture on their website nor does it match the expections for the premium size. When I contacted the company regarding this concern they offered a 30 % refund. I am not looking for a refund, I am looking for the premium arrangement to be delivered or a FULL refund so I can order an appropriate arrangement elsewhere to show my gratitude for what she did for my 2 year old daughter ( now 27 years old thanks to the gift of life from her donor)

      October, ******* Ordered online a delivery of Flowers, candy, and Balloon to my ***** ****** *** ****** On Dade st 166 in Everton MO Never happened, I called and was hung up on. Online there was no address I had to enter something to get the complaint to submit. Sorry.

      Ordered flowers over the phone after searching for a florist in the area of my sisters funeral. Terrys Florist website came up during search portraying it as a local florist. My card was charged and then same day got an email stating order was canceled due to supply issues and refund would be forthcoming. I searched issues with this company and saw all the complaints on BBB. I will dispute charge with my credit card company.

      Business is a scam shop. They have a website and a call center that pretends to be a local provider of flowers. They take orders, charge your card, and thats it. They have customer service reps that pretend the order is on its way. Cannot get anything to happen. No flowers. No refund. Nothing.

      Terry's Florist representatives lied about this business and fraudulently misrepresented it as a local company in ************ (see website ********************************************************************************) . I paid for a floral arrangement by credit card over the phone with ****** and was promised that it would be delivered to a local memorial service in ************ near their business. The representative informed me that they were located in the area and were aware of this *************** They assured me that it would be sent early on the day of service and that the flowers would be arranged fresh on site and that they were a reputable local community florist. On the memorial service I received a call which was forwarded to voicemail because I was in a professional conference meeting and could not answer at that time. I called on break at 10:30am and a male confirmed that the flowers were not delivered as promised due to a supply chain issue and it was found that he was located in ***************, *******, not ************. He offered a refund in two to three business days. i questioned if this website was a front operation to obtain credit card information? I asked why they did not call me yesterday since I called three times to allow me to contact another florist to deliver these flowers. He had no valid reply. We notified ***************** and the *** fraud web division.

      #********. We still have received No response, and no refund as promised. Our credit card was billed. This company is fraudulent. They informed us that they were having a supply chain issue, and they would refund us in 3-5 business days. I asked for an immediate refund since they did not deliver. I called our credit card company and they reported that my credit card was billed.
