      April 19th 2023 I paid $75 for flowers that were never delivered. Attempted to get my money back and cannot get through to anyone.

      I ordered some flowers from Terrys florist on May 3rd 2023. I paid $74.83 for a flower arrangement to be delivered the next day but they were unable to fill the order. I think because of our location they weren't able to. I got a charge on my debit card for this amount and I just want my money back for something they never provided. I called them and now they are saying they are unable to find an order with my name on it and they don't see anything with the last 4 of my debit card. I see there are a ton of complaints about this business and I can't believe they are still up and running.

      I think you should pursue shutting down Terrys Florist. The amount of complaints against this "supposed" florist business has skyrocketed to ***** negative reviews. This scammer is still allowed to advertise and has not been shut down. I have recently become one of their latest victims. I had ordered flowers for my mother on 4/28/23 to be delivered on 5/13/23. They had no trouble taking my $54.40 payment. I received a text message on 5/13/23 that they were unable to fulfill my order due to an issue with their wholesaler. They had voided my payment and that it should reflect in my account within 24 hours. It is now 6/18/23, I still have not received a refund. I have e-mails from 5/18/23 - 6/13/23 to Terrys Florist. Multiple names have responded back (*****, ********************) saying they were going to send a check in the mail, but no check has arrived. I have called and spoken twice with a woman named ****** who puts me on hold saying she is going to talk with their billing department and then the lines cuts out. I call back and it goes to their automated messaging. This is a huge issue and I think you should be doing something about this and make people aware of this scam business!

      I placed an order for Mothers Day flowers to be delivered, the order was placed May 7th to be delivered on May 13th. On the afternoon of May 13th, i received a text message saying my order was unable to be fulfilled and that I would be refunded. I have now filed a complaint with my bank as i have been charged TWICE for this FRAUDULENT business. I am now out nearly $200 and my poor mother received no flowers. I am furious. I have called and been placed on hold for 30+ minutes for the last 5 days. Each day its the same thing your bank has 3-5 days to refund you. The money has never been refunded. I hope that no one ever falls for this sick scheme.

      I ordered Mother's Day flowers on behalf of my significant other's daughter two weeks in advance. This poor girl has had a rough go of it and I wanted to do something nice for her and her mother. The order was canceled THE *** AND TIME it was supposed to be delivered with no explanation, just a text message. The cowards didn't even have the *************** me and tell me, nor have my phone calls or messages been returned.

      On May 4th, I used an online search engine to order flowers from a company, Terry's Florist, to deliver flowers to an address in ** on 5/13/24, the day before Mother's Day. on that day, I received a text from the business stating that due to a "technical glitch" they would be unable to deliver the flowers and would refund my money. Thus far, no refund has been issued. I have texted, emailed, and called -- they report that they have refunded my money and emailed me confirmation of such. I have not. On their social media page, others are reporting the same exact experience. This place is a scam. When I called and inquired how a florist in ** believed that they would be able to deliver flowers to **, she gave me some big song and dance about how they try to contract with other florists, etc....

      I used www.terrysflorist.com and placed the order on April 28 for delivery on May 12, and on May 16 they're just now informing of "system problems" and the *************** have been canceled. According to ******* this business is permanently closed - in which case, it's fraudulent to maintain a business website! And they refuse to provide proof of the payment cancelation. I'm out $69.48 cents, but worst of all, my daughter did not receive flowers for Mothers Day.The least they can do is (1) provide proof of my refund and (2) take down their website.

      Ordered flowers for mothers day. The company did not deliver the flowers but charged my credit card for $76.97.
