      Ordered flower for Mothers Day to be delivered, on delivery day received a text message as follows: Hi, I'm ***** from Terry's florist. This is regarding the order for ****** for today's delivery. I'd like to apologize because we wouldn't be able to fill this order. There was a technical glitch that we are encountering now due to a lot of orders. so I am processing a refund for your order and you should be receiving an email confirmation for it. I'm sorry for the inconvenience but I'm hoping for your understanding. Have a great day!Please Call ** **************************** if you have any questions. Still have not received an email or a refund in progress on my credit card. I believe this internet website needs to be shut down. After seeing all the complaints here, it is obvious they are scam artists.       On 5/5/2023, I ordered and was charged for an arrangement to be delivered to my mom on 05/12/2023. Not only was the arrangement never delivered, I cant seem to reach anyone to resolve the matter.

      I ordered flowers for Mothers Day on 5/9 and was sent a text the day before the order was to be delivered saying they couldn't complete the deliver due to "technical difficulties". This is poor communication last minute and presents a hard situation to get another order on such short notice.I'm also still waiting on my refund which still hasn't been re-deposited back into my checking account.When you call their customer service number it either disconnects you or you just sit on hold forever.I would like the money deposited back into my account immediately. Horrible service and experience all around.

      On 5/8/2023 I purchased a bouquet on the website. And entered a guaranteed delivery date of 5/12/2023.On 5/11/2023 my bank account was charged the correct and expected amount of $76.97 On 5/11/2023 I received an email from the company subject: "Your Recent Order" in the email there was no information on the order and no order number or confirmation. The email was an advertisement for more of their bouquets. At the very bottom of the email it said "we hope you're enjoying your recent purchase"It is now 5/14/2023. I have called the phone number on the website on 5/11/2023, 5/12/2023, 5/13/2023, and 5/14/2023 and have not once been able to get through to a person, it just plays music for hours. I would like to be refunded the $76.97

      I ordered Mother's day flowers from this company on May 6 and received an order confirmation and promise to deliver on May 13 (their website stated they are a local florist and closed on Sundays for deliveries). When my mother did not receive her flowers on the 13th, I called the company. I was told they cancelled my order due to "supply chain issues" and when I pressed for a refund, they stated one will be sent in 3-5 business days. They did not contact me, I had to call them to find this out. When I looked them up on BBB, I saw many of the same complaints- and that refunds were never received. I have called my credit card company for assistance. I believe this is a fraudulent company. They are NOT a local, small ******* business. The rep I talked to said they are located in **********. What? Their website is a total scam. They flat out take the money and run-even after an order confirmation is sent. This is a ****** for me to always check BBB reviews before a purchase.

      Ordered flowers to be delivered to my mom on 5/8/2023 with a delivery date of 5/13/2033. The flowers were not delivered even though I was charged the full amount and I cannot get through to speak to anyone regarding where my order is and when it will be delivered. This business is a scam.

      Ordered Flowers for Mothers Day. Ordered one week in advance to deliver on Saturday prior to Mothers Day for my out of town elderly mother. Got a call at 1:30 the Saturdaythe day it was to be deliveredthe day before Mothers Day! What option do I have?? A sorry and a refund of the money does not resolve the problem..I wished I had seen the complaints before my order You totally are not competent enough to be a florist The delivery promised is more important than the flowers delivered Quit taking orders you cant deliverShame on you how many mothers are you disappointing this weekend!!!!

      Terrys took an order for flower delivery & cancelled by text(said it was a computer glitch) the day of delivery and they charged me $75.
