1 starI ordered a couch from Valyou Furniture. The web site was deceiving regarding shipping. It lead me to believe it would ship out by Oct. 23rd but found out later after I ordered it that it was expected into their warehouse on the 23rd, then a couple more weeks to ship. So, ok we dealt with that. Today found out that it didn't come in on the 23rd, now expected into warehouse on oct 31st. Cant be without a couch til mid November (with no guarantees) so I canceled. To find out that they will not refund my money, I can only have store credit. That is unethical and insane. I would never recommend this company to anyone. PS.... I cant send this without a star but they don"t deserve the one i gave.Review fromEmma K.

1 starSCAMMERS!!!If i could give ZERO stars i would. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. We ordered a $2,000 couch from them in August. They said it would be delivered to us in mid to late September. They never emailed us any updates on the couch we bought and had to continually reach out to them for shipping updates. Our 3rd time contacting them they said the shipping has been pushed back to late November. We bought a couch because we wanted to ENJOY IT and not wait 4 months and it probably get pushed back again. After asking for a refund because we didnt want to wait that long for a couch, they did not want to give us our money back. Instead they offered us an in store credit for our purchase. We said multiple times we do not want to buy from them, we want a direct refund for our purchase since IT NEVER CAME!! They are scamming people out of their money and holding it hostage even though they do not deliver on their promises. We will be filing a fraudulent claim on our credit card and contacting the Better Business Bureau for unprofessional behavior from a company. 1 starTerrible and dishonest company. Ordered 8/21 with a promise delivery date of end of September/early October. Pushed out to December then repeatedly refused to issue a refund. After a lot of pushback they finally agreed to issue me a refund but in the form of store credit! As if I would ever do business with them again. 1 starOrdered a couch 2 months ago that was said to be in stock 3 weeks later & be delivered 1 week after that. We are now entering month 3 with no delivery date in sight. I am only at my place for 12 months & have absolutely no couch. I understand things are different with ***** I was denied a refund 3 times. I ordered a TV Stand on June 22nd that was said to be "in-stock" at the time with normal shipping it should've come in a week they said. Fast forward to me making multiple attempts of trying to get an update with vague answers and completely no information at all. We had jsut moved into a new home and have been purchasing a lot of furniture, so I understand delays happen and things are out of company's control sometimes. How the other companies differed was that they reached out every single time there was a delay. Constant updates on order statuses and no reason for me to reach out directly. This company has THE WORST customer service completely the WORST experience I have ever had. I asked for a refund because it was not 3 months with no update and they refused to refund me because they said it was "in transit". It was supposedly in transit 3 months prior so that was a load of crock. Then after arguing with multiple reps about getting a refund, I asked to speak with a manager because I was sick of texting. No response, so I called and they said a manager would reach out to me that day. The manager decided to text me at 10pm my time telling me they would call the next day. I waited and no answer. So I called again and they pretended to refund my order and I thought everything was settled until I noticed I did not get any refund. Their response....we cant refund you. You will have to file a dispute. ABSOLUTELY A DISGRACEFUL COMPANY. How they are even operating is beyond me. AVOID this place at all costs. They are awful at customer service and will lie lie lie to get you off their back.Valyou

Upon checking, the item has to be moved from one warehouse to another and book a courier to deliver it. The transit time with the courier took a bit longer than expected and we hate that you had to cancel eventually. One of our managers reached out to further assist you with your refund. Ordered a coffee table two months ago and was charged at that time. Original delivery dates came and went. Constantly following up and have been told for a month "they were coordinating delivery with a third party carrier". Finally tired of dealing with them and excuses and did a dispute on my credit card for the charge. So glad I did because it appears this is a pattern! Do not order from this company.Valyou

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! They will lie to you on every step of the process. I waited months for my couch to be delivered. In that time I went back and forth with the customer service about when I could expect my couch and every time they had another excuse for why it was going to be a longer wait and my delivery was being pushed back. Then when it came time for my couch to be delivered they hired a company that only did curbside delivery, but I live in an apartment building and paid for delivery to specific room of my choice. So my couch couldn't be delivered. They told me they were transferring it to another shipping company and would reach out in 1-3 days. They didn't reach out to me in that time (as usual), so I reached back out to them and they had not switched my couch over to a service that could deliver it to my apartment(they blatantly lied) and so far has refused to give me my money back for the delivery, when it seems the only way I'm going to get my couch is if I rent a van and dolly and go pick it up myself. This company is extremely fraudulent, and will steal your money, and they will just lie to you with no remorse or care about if you get the product you paid for. I have no idea what the couch is actually like, because I still have not received it and have no idea where it is now. Even if it was the best couch in the world it would still not be worth having to deal with this company. Do not buy from them. They are not a trustworthy company and they do not deserve your money.Valyou

Upon checking, curbside delivery was added to your order upon purchase, hence the delivery method that will be used upon delivery. Ordered a sofa 5 months ago and it still hasn't arrived. They keep saying they need two more months, and finally after multiple emails gave me a delivery date. When I emailed to ask where it was once again, I was told shipment hasn't arrived yet, and they have no idea when it will. They refuse to refund my credit card, saying it's outside the "cancellation window" even though the item hasn't been delivered. Dispute filed.Valyou

Company scams it's customers. Constantly changes the "estimated delivery" after you purchase your item. The company also refuses to give refunds and won't cancel your order. DO NOT purchase from this company. Search reviews on tik tok and see others have the exact same problems and worse. 0/5 stars.Valyou

My friend ordered a couch over 6 months ago (even though I told them not to -- they had scammed me and I had to call them for a week straight to get my money back) still no couch and delivery date keeps getting pushed back. They took their phone number off the website because I'm assuming their phone is ringing off the hook since they're a scam company. Do not order through them.Valyou
