    We regret that the order did not meet your expectations, Jorge. This is surprising, as we wouldn’t have loyal customers if our furniture weren’t high quality or valuable.
    According to our records, one of our managers reached out to offer options for your concern. However, you're no longer eligible for an exchange or return because the original packaging is missing. Our product experts informed you that the issue you described is normal due to the back cushion fillings. Despite this initial assessment, we extended our help by requesting additional videos to further assess your claims, but we have not yet received anything from you.
    We believe we have made every effort to help you remedy the situation to the best of our ability.

    I just received my couch yesterday and it looks amazing in my living room! I have not tested it out too much yet since I just received it but I can tell the quality and the build is exceptional and super comfortable. The couch is a bit low but I will be getting different legs so I can have a bit of height. I love that it is all customizable.
    Service:
    Each representative I worked with went above and beyond before and after placing the order. They were very responsive and answered all my questions. I was hesitant to place an order because I wasn't sure how long it was going to take but I ordered on April 22 and received it on May 15!
    Delivery:
    The courier who delivered my sofa really went the extra mile. It was a bit tricky to find my apartment since one of the elevators was down but he was amazing and very friendly!
    From start to finish my experience has been amazing!

    Delayed delivery with very shady communication from customer service. I was very specific about wanting to talk to someone who knew what was going on with the delays and was told I couldn’t speak with anyone else regarding the issue. It’s been 3 months and my delivery continues to be delayed. Very unhappy with this companies communication.

    When your order was placed, it was listed as waiting for stock, with an estimated arrival date of May 17. This means that the item wasn't available in our warehouse at the time of purchase and we would need to wait for it to arrive before scheduling delivery. Delays from our ocean freight are beyond our control, but we assure you that shipping will follow as soon as the stock arrives in our warehouse.
    Our records show that our team responded to your inquiries promptly, whether via email or chat. Unfortunately, due to limited staff, phone calls need to be scheduled. According to the last annotation on your order, you were able to speak with one of our team members who provided you with the estimated arrival date for the stock.
    While we understand that delays are frustrating, we gave you the option to decide whether waiting was feasible for you. Our website outlines estimated delivery dates, but please note that these are subject to change based on factors such as the specific product ordered, shipping location, and third-party couriers.

    I saw a sofa that I really liked online and then drove from Palm Springs to Los Angeles to see it in person and ended up seeing something else in the store that I liked better so I ordered it . Salesman Ben was wonderful before I got there and after I placed my order thru to the delivery process.
    I had my furniture set up in my house six days after I ordered. Ben Was in constant communication after I placed my order and my delivery was done by Scott and Cameron. They were awesome too. It really was done from beginning to end without a hitch. Really happy with my decision.

    Uses paid shill reviews on every website and even this one. Be careful when ordering. You will be scammed out of your money where they tell you that they cannot deliver the product to you but at the same time also unable to refund the money you paid. Be careful of the 5 star reviews that say "good quality love all items". All fake reviews.

    I recently visited Valyou at there beautiful showroom in Downtown LA, where I went in to just take a look and was very impressed by all the beautiful furniture and objects that was on display and extremely reasonable prices. I didn’t go in with any intention to buy anything but I ended up buying a beautiful industrial looking bookcase which I decided to put in my bathroom.
    from the friendly staff at the showroom who were very helpful and professional to the delivery people who delivered it to my door and helped me unwrap it made it a great experience! I’m obsessed with the piece I bought and I’ll definitely be going back.
    I highly recommend you pay them a visit!
