    Delivery was without problems. The gentleman was gracious and accommodating. Once the items were unboxed,I found everything to be present and unaffected.

    I ordered a chair and sectional sofa on 7/2022 from Valyou, my order number was VF3808. I received the chair within a couple weeks. I reached out several times regarding the status of the sofa until finally canceling the rest of my order on 3/2023. During this process, I spoke with multiple customer service representatives, none of whom could give me a concrete delivery date for my order and most of the time told me my order was still being processed. Upon canceling the order and requesting a refund I was told I would have to go through my bank to get one because I purchased both pieces of furniture through ****** which Valyou was no longer working with. I did try to dispute the charges with my bank but because it was several months after the original purchase my claim was denied. I reached back out to Valyou and they still refused any refund. I filed a small claims suit against them in my resident state and have subsequently won that case but Valyou has still not sent me any sort of refund. This has been such a lengthy and unnecessary process. This company needs to get it together and stop scamming customers out of thousands of dollars. At the end of the day reguardless of how someone purchases their furnature they still get the money, and to withhold that from customers who have geniune issues is fraudulent. I would not reccomend this company to anyone.

    One of my best experiences purchasing a new couch. From the time I walked in, to the delivery, which happened 4 days after my purchase.
    Friendly service, very knowledgeable about their inventory. Was very appreciative for the assistance. The delivery happened 4 days later.
    The guys even helped me remove my old couch.

    Ordered the Feathers sectional and it arrived very quickly, in 2 days! Delivery was exceptional and we couldn't be more happier with our new sofa! It looks great and is comfortable!

    I absolutely love this place now! I got such an amazing deal on my couch and it came in so fast! I walked in and told the associate what I was looking for and he showed me exactly what I wanted. He was so detailed too and made sure I was choosing the color I wanted and which side I want the sectional on.

    I ordered my couch on 12/8/2024. I still have not received it. When I call the first time I was told to contact the delivery company. The delivery company told me it would be out by the end of the week. That was last week. I got in contact with delivery again today and was told that Valyou put a hold on my delivery. I have already paid for it. When I contact Valyou, they deny putting a hold on it. Now I'm told I have to wait another week so they can look into it. Plus it takes forever to find anyone to help. I do not recommend this company.

    My order number is *******, after I placed the order and scheduled the shipping service, they placed a hold on the delivery and did not allow the company to deliver, I tried to reach out to their customer service, but no one is answering the phone or text on why they can't ship my couch after charging my card for $2000. It is a scam.

    My furniture order was unexpectedly canceled three days before the scheduled delivery date, and no reason was provided. Despite reaching out to customer service, I received no resolution after three days. When I inquired about canceling the order (since Valyou had already charged me the full amount but couldn't confirm a new delivery date), I was informed of a 20% cancellation fee because the order was supposedly already shipped. This lack of clarity and resolution has left me feeling like I'm caught in a no-win situation, with a potential loss of $300-$400. This experience has been extremely unsatisfactory and feels unfair to me as a customer. This is just a scam.

    Almost a month of delay with the shipping. Representative are not trying to help NOT nice at all and very rude.
    I’m really not sure if they are scammers or a real company…what I’m SURE about is do NOT buy from them.
    I have wasted HOURS, calling them and the delivery companies. nobody take responsibility there is no ETA at all.
    DO NOT BUY from them!
