      Champion has the worst customer service. The phone number on the unit connects you to a recording of propaganda (lies) about their awards and such. They never answer the phone I have spent a total of **** hours on hold during 4 separate calls on 4 separate days. They claim 20 min...my feeling is there really is nobody there. They deflect you to a website but you'll never get a live person. I tried email and it was much of the same they never answered my question about missing parts on a new unit. Champion is garbage pure and simple steer clear, there are too many other choices with actual customer care. If you want to test it out call their number for yourself to test the waters. regards ****

      I've been trying to order a replacement t gas cap since April 23. Today is May 1st. The online ordering doesn't work so I sent an email to customer service. I was informed they are having problems with the website and to call. I've attempted to call multiple times wasting over 3 hours on hold only to have the phone call disconnected after 30 minutes. They never call back when the call back feature is utilized. I then called the sales number and immediately was answered only to be transferred to the parts which hung up on me again. Poor way to do business.

      Model ****** cultivator. This is my second Champion product .First was a log splitter. Both were easy to assemble and easy to start. Have used them both for a full season now and are working great. Next purchase will be a Champion power washer
