      Very unsatisfied with this company. I have been waiting for almost 2 months for my product. Do not use them. Still waiting on my refund

      Fraud company, never delivered my order or refund my money. I waited 1.5 months for them process my order, no updates, just few emails saying that they have some internal issues and they are not sure about when they will be able to process the order. Also they are not willing to refund the money, they agreed to give me 50% off on the order because of their delay, but never received any refund.

      I placed my order on February 9th and looked forward to a short wait time as they advertised 7 day shipping guarantee. On the 14th they acknowledged my order which i found odd and decided to send them an email requesting an update. I received no response at all. In the following days i sent them several emails requesting an update. I finally got one response stating my tints were being manufactured (3 weeks or so had already passed) and more or less it said, “but we have great news! We’ve gotten thousands of orders so we are swamped here. We are growing etc etc”. Several more email attempts and website chat attempts later I sent a final email threatening that I was going to post a complaint to the BBB (here i am) and contact my bank to do a charge back for problem. They simply ignored it. Almost 2 months had gone by already, so I called my bank and explained to them that i never got my order and that the company does not respond to any emails plus they dont have a number to call either. The bank processed my claim and refunded my money. The next day instatints reached out via email, only to say they processed my refund in full and canceled my order. No apology, no explanation, nothing. They just don’t give a crap. I would never recommend them to anyone nor will i ever buy from them again.

      SCAM ARTIST: They lie, they steal, they are a fruad. That's why they don't have a phone number. I returned my package without opening it up, emailed them before they sent it to me letting them know I didn't want it anymore. They refused to send me back my money, lied and said I open the package. The same package I emailed and told them I know longer wanted. Don't by from them SCAM ARTIST

      I placed an online order with Instatints and immediately messaged them the same day i ordered to let them know i didnt need it that i was looking for a different tint location. It took them a whole week to get back to me and then told me i didnt message them in time and could not cancel my order and they could not correct my order because its already been put through production. I placed this order the first week of February and we are now in march i have not received the order i have not been issued a refund and have not gotten any resolution. Horrible Horrible Customer Service very unprofessional. no where on the website does it provide a timeframe for cancellation nor do they promptly reach back out.

      The tint was bubbled, scratched all over, and was the wrong size for my car. I never received a replacement or refund. This is a big scam;. The worst customer service ever. They lied said would get a replacement and I never did.

      Stay away, they are scammers. Ordered over a months ago and they gave me a tracking number that says a label has been created but it never shipped. It’s been stuck like that for over 2 weeks. They do reply to your emails and they just keep repeating the same nonsense. Asked for a refund and they said they can’t because the order shipped but it hasn’t.

      I spent over 300.00 on two cars for this crap they sell. Nothing fit like they say it want say on window like they say it was not packaged like the email they send you. It cane stuffed and scratched. Took over a month to get these. They dont respond to emails. Company is a hot mess and a joke. I would call it a scam but they will send you some crap so i guess you get something so you cant call it a scam. You guys should be ashamed to sell this mess!!!!!

      The first set they sent me didn't fit. I've been waiting since October for the replacement set. For weeks they've been saying that they are waiting for the tracking information to be updated to provide it to me. We've moved and they refuse to update the shipping address. I've asked for a refund and they refuse to provide it because they claim its already been in production. This is a horrible company and horrible product

      This company is not reputable. I placed an order 6 weeks ago, paid in full and never received the order.
