      After trying numerous times to get a hold of somebody on the phone I decided to try the text message it worked the representative named Toni was so helpful I was very pleased to have that individual help me out. I own five safes they're either Canon or stack on. They have all worked flawless over the years this one safe started giving me a problem here lately but I think we've got it taken care of now thank you so kindly for the quick response per text message. I usually like to talk to a live person but I guess we got everything taken care of. I probably should have went right to the chat line right off the bat instead of trying to make a phone call to talk to a live person. I guess today's technology everything's by the internet I guess. Which day to tell me that stuff in school 50 years ago

      My service rep was Toni *******. My issue was resolved quickly and simply. I even requested a manual and it was received promptly. I can’t thank Toni enough.
      One tip for your customers. I wasn’t successful trying to reach a service rep through the automated phone message center. I received an automated call the following morning that said my return call had been cancelled due to the number of calls waiting for a return call. WOW. I then used the warranty chat feature on line and spoke with Toni who resolved all my issues within minutes. THANK YOU AGAIN TONI.

      I’m old and not technically savvy but the help I received was very easy to understand.
      I waited on hold for 1 hour and 40 minutes then finally gave in and tried the chat , it worked great and he was very patient with me.

      Used Chat to attempt to resolve issue setting PIN code. Toni Rodarte identified the issue and helped me resolve it quickly. Very professional and knowledgeable. I’d been wracking my brain over this issue for weeks. I’m glad I sought help as I was ready to send the safe back to where I purchased it. Now I can use my safe and can easily reset the code if necessary.
