      This is astounding! I have attempted to contact this company for support for a large safe I have which is not functioning properly regarding the locking system. I sent an email request via their website February 4th, which was responded to with a request number and a commitment to a 72 hour response. They cited they were having some system challenges which could cause some delays regarding their responses. After 5 days I sent another email citing the request number and that I had not heard back. I also called their customer service number a couple of days later and was on hold for 1/2 hour when the line the automated message said no one was available and hung up on me.
      This company is in no way professional and I would highly suggest no one buy any product from them. You literally cannot reach anyone. It has now been 3 weeks and still not a single response.

      Unfortunately there is no negative stars. I have been dealing with my safe door being broken for almost 6 months(September 2nd 2023), I’ve had my safe ONE year this month(January 11th 2024), had to go through the whole ring around for the first 4 months of it being broken until they finally sent parts they “believed” were the ones needed. Locksmith came out, and found more damage and in the process found the inner side of the door pad was damaged. Was told at first the door pad wasn’t going to be covered and just to purchase sheetrock and attach the fabric to it, as that will do the same thing(I don’t feel as though I should have to spend more money that should be covered) called the company yet again to get the door pad covered, the additional parts ordered at this point it was December 8th 2023 and finally almost month later got the one part(still not correct) and still no door pad. Waited a little longer as I was told the door pad could take a few weeks. Now here we are calling the company for the whole ring around AGAIN on January 23rd 2024 on the SAME claim as it has not been closed. Finally for the “supervisor” to call me and tell me they employee never ordered the door pad! Unfortunately I was unable to answer the call to speak to said “supervisor” but within his voicemail stated the door pad was never ordered and he will put a rush on it but he does not know how long that will take and “they trained the employee” and he was going to give me a compensation safe I would just have to agree in the next email they were going to send. I have been trying to call for the last two days to speak to real supervisor as the lady I spoke to requesting one stated “the name” of the employee that left the voicemail was not a supervisor. I don’t want a compensation safe, I want my money back because this safe is garbage.

      Worst Company Ever!!! Will NEVER buy from Cannon gun Safe again. Our Lock/Unlock Mechanism had a catastrophic failure and wouldn't open. My husband is in Law enforcement and uses the safe daily to get duty weapon out, and we change the batteries as they are suppose to be. We hadn't had any problems until the night we went to open it to get items to travel out of the country. It was past the customer service hours and if we didn't get into the safe we were going to be out thousands of dollars for our trip... he ended up having to cut into the safe to get in...when we contacted customer service they essentially said too bad so sad.. there was nothing they could do for us... we were out of luck... call a locksmith to get the rest of our stuff out and that they wouldn't replace anything...
      So we paid thousands of dollars for a safe to have a catastrophic failure... and they don't stand behind their product? THANK GOD this didn't happen during a home invasion... I wouldn't be able to write this review.... I'm so disappointed that this company doesn't care enough to replace their product...

      We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience but as our warranty states: Electronic and mechanical locks carry a one-year warranty for labor and a lifetime warranty for parts. This warranty does not cover lost or forgotten combinations, improper opening procedures, or weak/dead batteries.

      -Your company keeps repeating this-This warranty does not cover lost or forgotten combinations, improper opening procedures, or weak/dead batteries- NONE OF THESE WERE THE PROBLEM!!!! yet you guys don't seem to care... like I said in my previous review/compliant... you guys give generic, script like responses and you don't actually care about your your customers or standing behind your product.

      Our safe was broken and would not lock within a couple of years. Since the warranty was out, we couldn't get customer service. All we wanted was to PAY for a service call for someone to repair it. They only kept sending the same basic automated emails (about 8 of them) and wouldn't return my call or tell me how to get a repairman out.
      We tried for 2 months and finally gave up.
      Horrible customer service!

      I recently purchased a Cannon Safe from ******* ******. The safe door is so tight I cannot get the door to lock. The bolts will not extend when the door is closed. What good is a safe that I cannot lock. Despite a weeks worth of frustrating attempts to get something done about it with Cannon's customer service department I still don't have a resolution. Right now I have a 700lb decoration in my basement. This is my 3rd Cannon safe and it's going to be my last.

      The battery on my safe quit working, and I can't find the key. I've had the safe for at least 5 years. It took 9 days for them to respond even though their genetic reply said it was only 72 hours.
      Here is what they told me:
      Hello Garrett,
      Unfortunately, we no longer have replacement keys available that we can send to you (discontinued). We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

Unfortunately, as our agent mentioned, we do not carry these types of keys as the unit is already a discontinued product. In order to open your safe, it will be required the assistance of a locksmith.
