    This is the worst Warranty company in the history of mankind... they spend the time to hire good sales people to take your money, yet they deny all claims, and make up excuses like they did about my water heater saying there was sediment buildup then when the technician sent the picture that it was in perfect condition, they fired him, and denied my claim. They hang up on all their customers and have no proper way to communicate with the technicians so they blame the customer. This company is a travesty to the United States of America and they must end now.

    Case manager Irisha Rolle-****** ***** said that the multiple weeks of suffering of a disabled family in 95 degree heat was an "inconvenience." Our AC failed, Home Service Club (HSC) sent out a technician who said the compressor failed. He put in the claim. We were ghosted by ***** and HSC.
    Sweltering in 95 degree weather this disabled family tried for days to have the problem addressed by HSC. Finally we convinced them to send a second technician in four days instead of the additional weeks they wanted us to wait. That technician arrived after dark, tried to sell us a new unit, and we said no. He then pronounced that he would see that our claim was denied. It was.
    Sweating backs against the wall we were forced to buy a new unit, HSC said they would only contribute $100 to the cost. We jumped through all the hoops Irisha Rolle-****** ***** demanded of us and after all of that she refused to elevate or claim and offered this suffering family $100. Take it or leave it.
    I have no doubt that HSC is delighted that Irisha Rolle-****** ***** stone-walled claim #******* from customer xxxxxxxxx (a senior) and his suffering disabled children.
    Sadly, before that devastating experience I was recommending HSC to EVERYONE!

    HORRIBLE. PAID THOUSANDS of dollars for coverage for two houses and I needed them to check an air conditioner that quit working. They sent a contractor out who was located FAR away from my property. They "diagnosed" the problem and Home Service Club said it was NOT a covered item. I asked if the company could fix it and I would pay cash and they said NO....THE HVAC WILL NOT FIX IT???? I ASKED if they would email or text me the official diagnosis from the technician who came out to the house and they said NO, THEY COULD NOT DO THAT. I called their HVAC Company they send to my house and they also said they could not send me the diagnosis???? WHAT?? Horrible customer service. I paid $75. for the diagnosis and all they said was it was NOT covered and they wouldn't send me a written diagnosis.....HORRIBLE!!!!

    I've had home service club for 7 years. Paid faithfully every month. Now when I need them from a air conditioning repair they denied me, gentlemen, I just talked to didn't care one bit whether I wanted to discuss more about this but he was uncaring and not wanting to tell me much. When I went to view my contract they blacked me out so I could not read it which they've done before so I couldn't see in writing where it says why I was denied . Wasted my money on these this company for 7 years. Be aware. to talk or not about it. When I told him I wanted to cancel my contract. He didn't care either. He just said okay no problem. Not trying to resolve my issue. Very dissatisfied. I recommend you do not go with home service club.

    DO NOT BUY FROM HOME SERVICE CLUB! I did weeks of research, looking for a company that would provide service in my area. With the promise of response within 24/48 hours of making a call, I am now on day 17 of no water and still no help from the HSC. I have called ever two days and all I have heard is, "I am sorry for the inconvenience We will put a rush on your claim." Then it was, "We will prioritize your call." Next, it was, "We will expedite your request" Same excuse, different words, but no help. So I found my own plumber and called HSC. They said I had to send an assessment and have it approved before they would pay for any work. Which I did. So the inspection was done and an estimate for the work was submitted. That is when the problem started. HSC denied the full claim. When I submitted the assessment I wrote, " inspection of pipes due to excessive leakage. May be from corrosion, normal wear and tear or damage to pipeline." Which was what I was told by the plumber. They couldn't tell me what the cause was until they got into the job and found the broken pipe. Because I used the word corrosion (not as the diagnosis of the problem but as a possibility) HSC denied my claim. Review with the case manager and supervisor resulted in the same outcome. So I paid $4,000. for a new pipeline that was damaged from normal wear and tear but HSC will not pay a dime. AGAIN, they are a scam company with several different names (Home Care Service, Choice Home Warranty, Select Home Warranty). DO NOT GET SUCKERED INTO THEIR PROGRAM!

    They do not deliver on what they say. I filed a claim for a plumbing leak. Many times I followed up and the response was they are trying to get a plumber to take their offer, and no one would take it. Finally they told me I could get it repair myself and submit the claim to get reimbursed. ON checking up on the reimbursement I was told they had to preapprove any repair. not mentioned by the rep on the phone. Upon calling to cancel the contract they said first they would give me two months free, then offered 50 dollars for the 420 dollar repair. All responses were to get more money not to repair the problem. THIS IS THE SECOND HOME WARRENTY COMPANY I'VE HAD. BOTH WERE CHEATER TO SAVE THE MONEY AND PAY FOR REPAIRS MYSELF.

    Request for service take forever.
    It appears no one wants to deal with company. They say they have companies within our state but no one is responding t o request for service.
    And all the calls I've made have been useless. Ive called everyday for updares. They just make excuses and tell me their flagging claim for urgency. But nothing happens for days.

    I had a furnace quit working, while in freezing weather,i contacted Home Service club they said it would take 24 to 48 hours to get a service technician to come to my home. So i had to purchase heaters to keep my home warm. the service technician came and repaired the furnace (or so he thought) two days later the same thing happened. i contacted Home Service club and they gave me the phone for the technician, i called him and he said that he could not come because he was out of state and was not going to be back for 5 days. i called home service club and they told me that was to bad i had to wait for him (again we were in very cold conditions). i contacted a local vendor and had my furnace repaired in one day. i submitted a claim to Home Service club for reimursement, they told me no because they did not pre approve it. i believe they did pre approve it from the first call i made to them. they still deny the claim.

    DO Not Use this FAKE Business! This organization is full of B.S. Don't think they will provide a warranty service for you because they will take your money and not fix or repair anything!

    This is a horrible home warranty company,
    I had a leak coming from the walls in side my home
    The company sends a pluming company to diagnose it but they need the approval of THE HOME SERVICES CLUB to open the wall and fully diagnose it 2weeks and 107 phone calls later they called me back only to say that they don’t cover the repair, $ I paid $75 for a diagnostics and the company refuse to approve the plumbing company approval to actually find where the problem is coming from
    This is by far One of they worst company’s I ever had to deal with
