    I never signed up for this service in the first place and my joining was fraudulent. I went through my accounts and have been charged $20 a month since last December. I want my account terminated immediately and all funds returned. I will file a criminal complaint if this is not done.

    This company has been taking money out of my account for a year. It started out with ***** and it's now *****. I never signed up for it. I go to the website to cancel and it says to put in your login and password. Since I never signed up for it, I dunt have an account with them. I would like my money back. How they got my bank account is beyond me. This is FRAUD!

    We called the number we have on record for this member on April 24, 2023. We were advised by the member's spouse to contact the member at the number provided to the BBB. We contacted the member at that number and spoke with them over the phone on April 25, 2023. We explained to the member that they enrolled through a third-party partner who offers our service.     This company is a fraud. They have a identity, IQ customer service number linked to their business operating as if they were identity IQ my bank notified me of fraudulent activity on my account in which this company tried to draft my account on several occasions. This company should be looked into considering several individuals reporting fraud for this very same reason.

    I don't know who you are or what your company is but you have been withdrawing from my account without my permission I am a disabled lady who's on a very fixed income and when you take out money without my permission you are taking medicine and food away from me and my emotional support cat. I don't know why you're doing this but I want my money back

    I called the number online and it send me to another company who sell medical devices. The information on their website is has a false. If you have any questions, please contact IdentityIQ **************** at ************************************. Our Agents are available to personally assist you Monday to Friday 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (CT) and Saturday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (CT). ****************************************** calling the number to cancel my account, I was sent to a recorded line which is another company who sell alert devices. Many older people could get scammed this way and this company would make it impossible to cancel any accounts created by them due to their practices. I had to ****** IdentityIQ actual phone number in order to get this information. "To cancel your IdentifyIQ subscription, you'll need to contact the IdentifyIQ customer service team on **************."They still have not provided me proof they cancelled my online account ACCT# **************.

    I signed up for a 1 week trail online. This company makes it extremely inconvenient to cancel. There is no option to cancel online even though when you signup it says in the welcome email that there is. The company forces you to call them to cancel but no one answers. Its giving 'Bait and Switch

    Identity Theft IQ has taken money out of my account 2 different times now and I dont know why. I never signed up for the service, nor have I used it. Each transaction was $35 and some change and has caused my account to be overdrawn. The latest one was today for $34.99. I would like my money back for both transactions.

    They took ***** out of my account twice. I didn't sign up for anything. And conveniently they can not issue a refund. O am vbeyond passed. It's say thy are a scam all over the internet.
