    This company is collecting ***** monthly for services I did not apply first. First I was told the charges were for my daughter and supposedly the subscription was canceled and it happened again it they gave my grandson name. My card had an ******* zip code that was not changed until this year in January, but there invoice has been showing Ca. Every time I call them and tell them this is not my subscription they keep charging my account and told me this time my grandson had to cancel. I dont understand how they were able to charge my account for a subscription I never applied for.

    I attempted to start an account in order for my husband and I to repair our credit. During initial registration I was overcharged it was supposed to be $1 and was charged $30. The problem was is that I was unable to access my report there was an enteral error. **************** had me try multiple times to try and set up account again each time having issues. My husbands account was also charged $30 vs $1. I was able to get refunds but they did not cancel the subscriptions per our request. I figured with the refund that it was canceled. Now I cant log into the account, the security question isnt one I chose, and only way to get customer service is to call. I am having trouble hearing over the phone and would like to request a reasonable accommodation that the company contact me via email vs phone. I would like my card refunded and my accounts closed.

    Our records indicate this member's account was canceled on Jan. 19, 2023. We attempted to call this member on Feb. 21 2023, and again on Feb. 22, 2023. They did not answer either call, and we left two voicemails. We sent them an email on Feb. 22. 2023, and another on Feb. 24, 2023. We did not receive a response from them. In the case where a member is unable call for any reason such as this members mention of a disability, then we are accustom to having the member either email us at the email address found on the service agreement under Contacting IDIQ, which is ***************************************** or by using a communication service such as TTY or TDD. In all cases, we are more than willing to accommodate a member as needed.We addressed their request.

    This company requires a phone call to cancel their services. I have repeatedly called them to attempt to cancel but you can never reach customer service to do so. I have been charged (again) another $35.99 out of my account to pay for services I no longer need or want. I do not know how many other "customers" they are doing this to, but I want a refund AND my account canceled!

    Feb 07,2023 $34.99 was taking out of my account. I didnt sign up for this Service. Would like to have my money back. Ive call multiple times to the number I found for them with no luck on getting someone to resolve this issue.

    I noticed a collection account on my credit report for 85 dollars and called the number provided to pay the whole amount in an effort to remove it from my credit report. I spoke to someone from Identity IQ who stated they would need to charge me a dollar to pull my credit report and I gave them my credit card info to do that. The person went on to say their company helped remove collections from customers credit report and told me there was a fee to do that and told me not to pay the past due amount due to the fact it would stay on my credit report whether I paid it or not. The person continued to try to offer me their services in which I applied I wasnt looking for any type of services and that I just wanted to take care of the 85 dollar balance. Again he attempted to offer services and at that point I hung up the phone and never agreed to anything. When I received my credit card statement I noticed a charge of $19.99 in which I never agreed to. I have since called them to cancel a service in which I never agreed to in the first place. I believe this company uses shady tactics in an effort to mislead people in order to gain their credit card numbers and make fraudulent charges for services not rendered.

    I am rejecting this response because this company is not taking responsibility for the actions of the third party whom they claim they work with and that I signed up with. I never agreed to sign up for any services and was asked for my credit card number for a one time fee of one dollar to pull my credit report. The business practice of the third party they claim to work with has shady business practices at best!! I dont answer potential spam calls so that is the reason the phone calls went unanswered. Why would I want to speak to someone who scammed me and that blames a third party????? I received my money back from my credit card company so I consider this matter done. I wanted to let the BBB know that this company is a scam in the way they do business.

    Okay so I decide to check my bank balance on a whip to make sure I have enough money left for the rest of the week when I get a $35 charge from a company that I havent heard of ever, and then when I do some digging, turns out I didnt really have a real account, they just had my information, and the I had to reset my password which I dont believe existed, for to my login. Which, by the way, I have never logged into before. My user is also suspicious because it was my email, which is something that I would never do. They also had to me enter the last four digits of my social a bunch of times to prove my identity which was unsettling. But long story short, this company charged me $35 for a subscription I had never signed up for. And they somehow had my data. I want a full refund at least for this experience, and awful invasion of privacy. Im extremely unhappy with them right now. This is the last thing that I needed/wanted.

    This mishap is a lot of wasted time trying to reach this business to a live person to talk to. In the event I requested for a personal loan to be sent to this page to fill out a credit report for 1 dollar to obtain my score. I never ask for a membership to process such request to protect my identity at all. Since this error my bank informed me of the attempts made to withdraw money. I tried to call your put on hold for 20 minutes or longer. My call transfers to a voice mail. No response in a period of two weeks now. I try to log in my account is locked out. The number printed on this form is to follow up on to reach support is no response. Could someone look into this matter is annoying.

    U can sign up online but there is no way to cancel online as it is only by phone to cancel. The phone line is long wait n get cut off etc NO CALL BACKS AS REQUESTED. Need a refund of previous charges n to cancel the service!!
