My case was more unusual in that I set expectations for the desired results with clear parameters for what I would and would not accept.   We signed a card at a mall to win a car. Fat chance but why not it didn’t cost anything. This was the start of dealing with a devious bunch of high-pressure sales people from a time share. We were called by the time share sales people (they didn’t identify themselves during the call) that we did not win the car but would receive free vacations if we sat in a presentation. They sold us a sampler program and we went to two vacations one in California and one in Hawaii. Both were requiring a sales presentation. We kept declining but they got us hooked in Hawaii. After trying to use what they sold us we new we made a big mistake because what they told us was a big lie.
  
  We went to meetings with the time share to try and get out of the contract but all the time share would do is try to sell us more points. We needed to get out of this terrible situation and searched for help. We found many companies that did this type of work but were very cautious because we didn’t want to get swindled again. We felt comfortable when we found the Timeshare Defense Attorneys. We went thru their process to see if we would qualify as a client. The attorney’s new they could help us cancel our contract.
  
  I can say that as a client our part of the process was to provide as much detail to the case as we could. After that our part was to have patience and let the attorney’s do their work. It took 2 and a half years but we got out of our Time Share. I would recommend Timeshare Defense Attorneys if you need help getting out of a bad Time Share situation.

  Timeshare Defense Attorney's kept their promise to get my wife and I out of the very costly timeshare. It took some time, but the results were as expected, we are out of the timeshare with no negative credit reporting and without owing another penny to the timeshare folks. Thank you for your help.

  I contacted them last month to cancel my timeshare. Everything seemed ok at first but then a lot of miscommunication. I told them from the beginning that I had no documentation of this timeshare. I had never used the timeshare and have been paying on it since 2019. We discussed my situation while the lady made notes. They then sent me a packet wanting the same information that I told the lady. (Why do you want me to over work when you are the one getting paid). They never done anything else. I called multiple times trying to get updates with no answer. I finally emailed them and requested to cancel with full refund since they havent done anything and the lady was very rude when she called. She then sent me a bogus email with times that they have worked on my case. The times and descriptions were laughable. She made stuff up just to say she is keeping $500.00 of my money even though they have done nothing but sent me a ridiculous packet with all the same questions Ive already answered and called twice. I feel I was getting scammed so I will be disputing this with my bank. This company is a scam. They get their consumers hopes up for nothing. If I was a company and someone thought I was scamming them I would do my best to educate them and explain to them and try to help them understand instead of belittling them like the lady did. I will take my chances with a charge off before I let someone like this belittle me and scam me out my money. The timeshare has taken enough!

  The packet we send you is imperative to build your case as it is necessary so we dont mince your words later as our attorneys negotiate with the timeshares. It is important to know what your experience with the resort was, so no one miscommunicates your experience which is why we need the packet filled out by you.

  We start on every case right when you sign up and had been in communication with your resort very early on, which we have proof of.

  Our client services department is extremely responsive and we always respond within 2 business days if we are unable to connect when you first call. We are on the phone most of the day so we need a voicemail with your name and number in order to follow up with you.

  I am sorry you feel that you have not been communicated with, but it is simply not true, and it is important to check on your email inbox as well as your phones voicemail inbox. Our client services department has reached out to you by phone each time you have called us and we have sent an email each time you were unavailable by phone.

  Furthermore, the reason for keeping $500.00 instead of the total owed to Timeshare Defense Attorneys by you, is because we have done a lot of work on your case but you failed to meet your end of the bargain. You agreed to get us what documents you had as well as completing the paperwork our attorneys require within 10 days and our firm didnt receive the required documents for nearly 2 full months.

  Although we held up our end of the bargain without your much needed cooperation, we are willing to continue working on your case. Please reach back out to us so we can get you out of the timeshare and resolve your concerns *******!

  I am paying Timeshare Defense every month (not cheap) to get me out of my Timeshare. The timeshare has been paid in full for 30 years. Should be easy, I would think. Anyhow, I was told they have a team that can make sure my credit is not ruined. Recently, I received a letter from the timeshare stating that they were planning to turn me over for collections. I immediately emailed the letter to ****** Services ( as I was instructed to do) and requested they confirm receipt of same. Also, suggested they follow up with their credit people to make sure it didn't affect my credit. Absolutely no response from ****** services even after I have sent two more emails requesting a response. I would think for what they advertise and charge, customer service would be better,
