      My wife and I hired Timeshare Defense Attorneys a little over a year ago. We are now out of our timeshare.
      I am pleased with the effectiveness of TDA and the defense they chose to get us out of our Timeshare.
      TDA did everything they told us they would do. They are very easy to work with. Upfront and honest.

      Hello,
      I hope this review will help you make the right decision.
      I was head over heels with my timeshare company. what they promised wasn't what I got. It was a BIG SCAM!!! I did my research and came across Timeshare Defense Attorneys. I gave them a call and immediately felt at ease. they made the exit process as painless as possible. In short, they did what they say would do and followed through with a clear timeline, and defined the process.

      I am happy to be out of my timeshare. Thank you Timeshare Defense Attorneys for giving me my peace of mind back. Not only that, but they have my credit protected which is A+ in my book.
      A special thank you to Daniel, Kali, and Ammon for always responding to me in a timely manner. I truly appreciate you guys. Also, I have recommended a friend to you guys.

      The best in getting me out of my timeshare after dealing with and spending money at 3 other so called timeshare exit companies. Don't go anywhere else! Very professional, so easy and well worth it. Daniel, I wish I had known about you in the very beginning. Thank you.

      They told me one thing, to get my money but didn't deliver what they offered to resolve my Timeshare balance They stated, they can stop the harassing calls. either work to cancel my balance owed or to negotiate with the Timeshare company to lower the balance. The only result I received from them is. They did stopped the harassing calls, and in TEENTY TINY WRITING A NOTICE OF FOREFEITURE from the Timeshare company. (THE FOREFEITURE LETTER WAS SO SMALL I HAD TO USE A MEGANIFING GLASS AND I WEAR GLASS AND STILL COULD'NT SEE IT. ) the letter of (FIREFEITURE) WILL HAVE AN EXTRENELY NEGATIVE INPACT ON YOUR CREDIT) In addition, I'm suppose to watch my credit report for several years to make sure the Timeshare Company will not place a LEIN on my credit report. The Timeshare Defense Attorneys work with a ************* as well. The *********************** is suppose to monitor your credit report. The ************* wants you to pay a monthly fee for years for additional monitoring of your credit, so you will not have to do it. I FEEL LIKE I WAS SCAM AGAIN, BECAUSE NOTHING HAS CHANGED, I STILL OWE THE TIMESHARE

      I'm glad we were able to resolve these issues and address your concerns the other day when we spoke on the phone Tanya. To reiterate, you are no longer an owner of your timeshare and therefore have no more financial obligations to them and owe them nothing. No liens will be placed on your credit report about the timeshare, as you are not the owner of it any longer. They will not be billing you further and you have nothing on your credit from the resort, due to the amazing credit program we have in place for you. We will continue to be in your corner, so if anyone does contact you about this resort, please do not hesitate to contact us for assistance.
