On June 12, I paid $19 to Unimeal via Apple Pay through their website. Shortly after, an additional $24 was charged without my authorization.
The total amount charged is $43, while I only agreed to the initial $19. I contacted their support immediately and have followed up multiple times since June 12. They repeatedly stated “we are working on it,” but no refund has been issued.
I am requesting a full refund of the unauthorized $24 charge and an investigation into this misleading billing practice. Many other users seem to report the same issue.

Was offered a promotional price for their basic fasting plan and was charged for a coaching plan on top of that for $49.99USD.
There was no option for that during my checkout process and all attempts to get a refund have been laughable. Getting the runaround by multiple people. Was told that they reviewed my account and would refund within 2-3 days and next day I receive another email that they would not be doing that.
I disputed with PayPal and they are just as useless.
It has been over three (3) weeks since I brought this up and still no resolution. I sent one last request yesterday and I response.
I will move forward with legal action as I just do not like companies that do this to people without any true consequences. I’m definitely not the only person who has complained and won’t be the last, unless something is done to protect the purchaser.Unimeal

This is a scam. I have only subscribed for a 1 week plan last month, nothing else. An amount of USD 32.09 was deducted from my account yesterday without my acknowledgement. This is illegal. As basically every other customer has stated, I too received a charge to my account without appropriate notification. I was charged the initial “subscription” charge and asked to download their app. After doing this, the app lead me to a page that gave me the option to “add a coach”. I clicked “add a coach” with the assumption that it would give me the information, pricing, etc of adding said coach. NONE of this information was provided, regardless of what this scam keeps writing to users on here. It IMMEDIATELY charged me an additional $49.99, no confirmation, no explanation of what a coach looks like for this app or what the cost would be.
I then, within seconds, emailed the company to explain what had happened and asked for a refund. I received a reply the next day stating that I made these choices on my account and would not receive a refund. Just like that are gaslighting each person on here, they did the same to me. Accusing me of making these choices. PATHETIC AND A SCAM. DO NOT USE.
Now I see the company is commenting on here “confirming refunds”. Okay, how??? You don’t know who is posting here. Clearly this company just prays on stupidity and I was unfortunate enough to fall for it initially. I hope that the reviews left about them can deter others from falling into the same trap!Unimeal

I just got this app in hopes of losing weight for my wedding next year. I am disappointed because I want to get a refund and the app is difficult to use. I was charged $25 for the three months and then another $50 that was unexpected and was not disclosed in an obvious way. I will dispute through my bank if this is not settled. I agreed to try the $26.99 for 3 months and after continuing to register I received a notification that I was charged an additional $49.99 for coaching. I immediately contact support and requested a refund and report the charge which they denied and offered me an additional 3 months. They’ve received dozens of complaints exactly like mine in the last 30 days and the company refuses to give customers back their money. I am writing to formally address an extremely serious issue regarding unauthorized charges made to my credit card by your company.
Without my knowledge or consent, I was charged on a monthly basis via recurring payments, totaling *$850*. I never signed up for a subscription, never agreed to any recurring charges, and *never used your application*. In fact, the app was never even installed on my phone.
I demand an immediate *full refund* of the entire amount that was taken from me without my permission.
This is a clear case of unauthorized billing and consumer fraud. If I do not receive a satisfactory response and refund within *7 business days*, I will be forced to take legal action and report this matter to consumer protection authorities and my credit card company.

tried using the app to lose weight, and when I did, the system charged $15.49 for one month and automatically charged $49.99 for coaching services, which I did not request. I canceled immediately without any success. I did it through PayPal, but it was also unsuccessful. This is a scam! Even a plane ticket can be canceled within the first 24 hours — I don't understand how this app is still active and offering services when it's clearly a scam. They make an extra charge with the initial authorization, don't return the money, and keep operating. Someone needs to stop this. It's unfair.Unimeal
