    This company was advertising on ******** for $15.49 for 1 week weight loss for a program, on May 25, 2025. I got the original receipt for $15.49. However, when I put my ***** Cash card for payment I received notification of 3 charges in the amount of $49.99 and $29.96. Each of these transactions do not specify what it for. I contacted support and they sent me an email stating what the charges are for, cancelled my subscription. However they were saying my payment was non refundable. And did not give sufficient reason behind it. I did not use the service at all, and cancelled immediately upon receiving the multiple charges to my account. I want my money back.

    On Monday, May 12, 2025, I paid, with my credit card, for the one month only plan for approximately $15.99. This company committed to provide me with a one month of weight loss meal planning information. But, instead I was not able to receive this information because their app kept prompting me to pay again for the one month. Also, when I contacted this company, within their email response was a subscription amount of $39.99 added to my account of which I could not even access. I requested that their service be immediately cancelled and a full refund be rendered to me. After a number of emails going back and forth, this company would only cancel any future charges and refused to refund my money back to me even though I was not able to access my said account on their app. In essence, I did not receive anything for the money they charged my credit card. This business is predatory in their practices when they take your money and within hours refuse to refund it when their services are not properly given.

    I initially opted for a subscription for 15.49$, but on May 4, 2025, I was unexpectedly charged $49.99 by Unimeal for services I did not knowingly authorize. There was no clear or transparent indication that these charges would occur, and the service terms were misleading.I reached out to Unimeal customer support to request a refund. While they canceled the subscriptions, they refused to issue a refund, citing their internal policies. Instead, they offered additional months of service, which I clearly stated I do not want. I am not interested in continuing with a company that engages in deceptive billing practices.I have since discovered that many other customers have experienced similar unauthorized charges, raising serious red flags about Unimeals business conduct.I am formally requesting:A full refund of $65.48 ($49.99 + $15.49)A written confirmation that my billing details have been removed and that I will never be charged again If no resolution is reached promptly, I will pursue a chargeback with my bank and file complaints with additional consumer protection bodies.

    I paid $25 for a three month trial program. They then hit me with a $99 and then a $49 and then another $99 subscription fee that I did not authorize according to the companies refund policy. They offer full refund within 30 days, and they are refusing to give a refund. There are millions of people on ****** complaining about the same problem. This company is a complete scam. They trick you into giving your credit card information so they can hit you with all kinds of hidden subscription fees

    I signed up for a 1 week trial that cost $10.50, and had to download the app to get the meal plan I signed up for.     On 04/10/2025, I purchased a "*************" (Unimeal) $7.00 week trial.I suscribed to that and it sent me to the next page with a button add service. I clicked on it to start my pland but rather than being showed my plan I was informed I just suscribed to a $49 coach service!I immediately contacted the team support to cancel it and get a refund which I thought they did.The following morning, I got an email stating that they wouldn't refund me even if I immediately contacted them.That's so wrong. A true ******** I lost money and I am going to have to cancel my credit cards as I don't trust them and worldview be surprised if they keep charging me.

    When I signed up for 15.00$ to get a plan it prompted me to to click on the plan and I received an alert from my bank that a additional ***** dollar charge was made without my authorization and after 20 minutes of searching their website, I saw that they tricked me into clicking on a add on to the original plan the way they have it set up to choose options indicates that you have to choose these for what you want in your plan. It is very misleading and dirty trick and Im not the only person that has had this problem.

    Online app. I was not aware they were taking money from ****. Once I realized I tried to call them but no way to call them only via email. That made me very uncomfortable. I then emailed them and requested a refund and to make sure I do not keep getting these charges. They responded via email and said no refund would be provided but they did cancel whatever was on with them. They offered free services. I never used it. It is visible it was not use no services were used and then asking for a refund. I let them know your services were not used. I am a single income household and once again asked for a full refund. They said no. Not being able to speak to a live agent is really sketchy and it makes me angry how they can just take my money and then say no sorry we don't so refunds, but we can give you free months of service. No, I never even used the services.these are the times they tried and got denied and also the times they were able to take money from my card. 12/13-49.99 paid 12/13-29.96 paid 1/12-99 not paid 1/12-39 not paid 1/13-99 not paid 1/13-39 not paid 1/16-39 not paid 1/16-99 not paid 1/25-39 not paid 1/25-99 not paid 2/13-39 paid 2/13-99 not paid all the ones that were paid i had insufficient funds. Again I do not have money to just allow them to take it and services were not used and they are aware and can see. They refuse to refund me.
