For some reason the alleged representatives in their chat literally lied and told me that Caesar's sportsbook does not have an email in order for you to make a complaint.
If they would lie about something as small as this what else are they capable of?

Terrible customer service because they do not answer the question you ask them. I’ve been playing the Caesars slots on my phone for years and all of a sudden I can’t seem to get the super bonus when I redeemed 30 stars to receive for 24 hours. I have deposited a good amount of money to Caesar’s. The promotions are terrible. They seem good but they all have VERY high wagering requirements. They don’t give freeplay based on individual play, even though they say they do, but they don’t. They actually feed me the same exact line anytime I ask in customer service. They gave a $5 bonus on some basketball game yesterday and to be able to claim any of the money, you had to wager through $125 for a FIVE DOLLAR bonus. Talk about making sure almost no one wins on your promotion offer. I have deposited and deposited and just lose almost every time because their algorithm or something seems rigged cause I have never had basically no luck on an online casino until Caesar’s. But, God forbid they throw me $50 freeplay or even $25 or $30, but NOPE…nothing! It’s so stingy. I will never deposit money on Caesar’s again after they denied my request for freeplay once again with the same line, “we are not offering any free spins or bonuses at this time but please go see our promotions page”…yeah their promotions page with all the offers that have wagering requirement of 10-20x the amount. They do not value their players or their time and money they have spent on their online casino keeping it in business. God forbid they give back sometimes and it’s not one of their bogus promotion offers that make it almost impossible to win. It’s such a scam.Caesars Interactive Entertainment, Inc

I deposited $40 for a $30 bonus. I played for about 5 min and they took all my money and our it in the bonus side. They won't let me okay it. Every ten MORE DOLLARS YOU DEPOSIT THEY DAVID THEY WILL GIVE ME SOME OF IT. BECAUSE 600 DOLLARS PLAY.. NOT THAT IS A NEW EASY TO TO PEOPLE OFF. Updated review. App is bad. Company is worse. Took fraudulent charges from my account of over $3k. When I disputed them they resubmitted with addl charges for bank fees. Cost me so much to pay. I tried to split fraud costs with them and they continued charging me pushing my acct more negative. Sent several emails and service requests but always got "someone will contact you". Why is this online casino still able to take people's money?
It's obvious that it's fraudulent and shouldn't be legit.
At least, there should be warnings about getting involved with them.
I have put a small amount which I am not able to play because I am not in Ontario.
Normally, if you cannot play from a region, you cannot even create an account let alone deposit money.
Before I created my account, I had checked the reviews...obviously not in this site.

I totally agree with previous reviews. Rtp is low, payouts very low, bonus rounds happen rarely. When compared to other online casinos like MGM, *******, states online lottery is far better than Caesar’s. No fair gambling here. From what I can tell after many sessions of computer roulette (non live), the algorithms are corrupt ... severely corrupt. I don't believe for a minute that these online casinos are regulated. Should be 0 stars
If you want to straight lose ?? in 10 minutes, get logged out over and over and it says your session has expired right in the middle of a spin and then not be able to withdraw your $$ because you opted into some stupid rigged bonus lie, then try to message them to either get computer generator responses or an attitude as if your complaint isn't legit.
The site sucks, seems very rigged, and don't worry about trying to withdraw anything because you'll nvr win anything.
