Payouts are low. Bonuses virtually non existent and do not pay. Code for welcome offer was put in for first deposit. Never got credited. Tried again on 2nd deposit. Never got credited. Gave up trying. Made a few more deposits. Played for about 3 hours, never once got higher than what i put in. I dont mind losing, thats part of gambling but being as there is absolutely no return I wont be playing here again.Caesars Interactive Entertainment, Inc

Worst Customer Service I have ever seen in a business along with terribly bouncing reels and 15+ dead spins in a row on every single slot game in the last few days straight. Customer Services only response is to delete and reinstall which fixes for ONLY the first spin after redownloading. There are errors generated every single day that I have emailed Caesars daily since June along with completing numerous incident reports that never see a resolution. When tournaments run the reels won't initiate a bonus or free spin for hours on the same 20-40 cent bet. I have contacted the gaming board and Cc'd them on many emails regarding these issues and Caesars still has no resolution. They are not compatible with Google Pixel yet they fail to report that information causing a huge money suck for customers. Theres absolutely no reason a customer should go through $100 in less than 30 minutes at 40 cents and every spin be a dead spin. It's guaranteed the only casino platform that you can have 20+ dead spins in a single row and the customer service has never in all my years reimbursed or given any bonus money. You wait so long depositing to gain your members bonuses for them to take them within minutes on their dead reels for weeks at a time. If you want fair gaming, it's absolutely NOT Caesars. I bet you your $20 deposit your first 12-20 spins will be dead on any slot game with their app. I'll double it if you win that's how positive I am they are rigged to cause the customers significant losses. Monthly someone from the gaming board should have to play the slots and ensure they are functioning properly, the State will be flabbergasted at the non sense occuring within this company. I have months worth of screen recordings and screenshots to back up this claim. I wouldn't be surprised if we see them on the class action lawsuit website in the next year because this should be 100% illegal to not provide a fair gaming experience period in market like this especially!Caesars Interactive Entertainment, Inc

I am a seven stars member and have bern for a few years and I decided to book my seven star retreat with ceasers palace in Las Vegas. From the time I booked it until now the host they assigned me was very rude and literally talked down to me as if I was a problem for her to even talk to. I have never been treated so hateful over the phone. My retreat is not until aug 21 and after how I was treated I not even sure if I even want to go on this trip even after spenting all this money on airfare. I have called and left a message with there corporate office explaining what happen to me and still no call back. I get you are a multi billion dollar company but without your customers you would not be were you are today. As a CEO of a medical practice myself I would be out of business if I would talk to my patients in the way your host spoke to me. The Caesars Sportsbook app is trash. I created an account to place single game, and parlay bets, and the app crashed 5 times before I could finally place my bet. The Caesar's Rewards smart phone app for ios says at the bottom of the 'rewards' tab page that you can contact them via email or hyperlinked phone number for 24/7 local rewards members assistance... accept when you call you get a recording that says that their office is open Monday thru Friday from 8am to 1pm Pacific. Idk how 5 hours, 5 days a week is 24/7.... How do run a gambling business if you would fail 2nd grade math? So if you call during the tiny window they are open, the recording gives you one option for 'rewards', option 3 of 4 total options. upon transfer it says to 'go online to get your up to date....' blah blah blah... or 'press 7 to be connected with a specialist'. So when you press 7, it sends you to a hotel reservation specialist! Not a Rewards Specialist... but Hotel reservations was option 2 of 4 on the first menu! So if you then hangup thinking perhaps you made an error in your menu selection, and you call back, you get a recording that tells you that they are experiencing technical difficulties and please call back later. So you wait an hour, a day, a few days, a week... your number is now banned- you will never even get thru to the menu system that takes you no where- the ENTIRE THING IS JUST LIP SERVICE! THERE IS NO ONE TO HELP YOU AND NO ONE WHO CARES, The whole thing is designed intentionally to get you to go away! WHAT A JOKE! WHAT A LIE! THATS AN EXECUTIVE STAFF THAT MIGHT AS WELL BE A BUNCH OF APES....
