I placed an order with PrintedKicks.com on 12/13/2022. My order number is ******. The date they gave me to expect my item was 12/29/2022. I first reached out to them regarding my missing order on January 1st 2023. I never received a response. I reached out using their website, email and ******** messenger. I messaged them via ******** on January 3rd and was told that I could not cancel my order. I responded by asking them to at least look my order up and confirm it has been processed. Got no response. I tried again via email on January 4th and still did not receive a response. I ******** messaged once again on January 5th and received back a generic excuse message about bad weather and that my order will be shipped soon. It had then been 23 days since placing my order. Its now ************************************************************************************* tracking number. There are other posts on ******** regarding people being scammed by this company and never receiving their items or money back. This ridiculous! I want my money back!!!Initial Complaint

On December 11, 2022 I ordered a sweatshirt from Printed Kicks. My credit card was charged on December 12th. I inquired about the product on December 22nd and December 28th. The responses I received were generic and have no information other than the shipment was delayed and I would receive an email when the product shipped. It is now January 14, 2023 and I have yet to receive any further communication.Initial Complaint

I ordered a shirt from this business on December 12, 2022, hoping for it to arrive prior to Christmas. Delivery time for apparel and hats is **** days per their website. I reached out on January 3, 2023 because I still had not received my order. I got a response saying that they were delayed due to the weather - which is reasonable to a certain extent. On January 11, I reached out again for an update because when I check on my order, it still just says "Order Placed". I ordered a hoodie for my son around the 12th of December 2022 and still have not received my item. I understand it may have taken a little longer to process due to the holidays but not this long. I have written them numerous times regarding this problem and I just keep getting generic replies from them. Im very disappointed in this company that advertises family owned Usually when it is a small business they try harder to provide good service and to get the items out to their customers quickly.Initial Complaint

I ordered two standard T-shirts (that are already pre-printed Im sure) from their website on December 16; paid for expedited shipping. They charged me $68 immediately. I have emailed multiple times. I have messaged on ******** and they just keep asking me to have patience and that its in production. Its obviously a lie and after four weeks, I want my money back. on Dec 12 my wife ordered a sweatshirt and t shirt from the company called printed kicks for the amount of $76.16. after 2 weeks and no email confirmation of it being shipped my wife started sending emails. after going back and forth for 2 weeks they said they are working on getting it out. more time went on and nothing. so I started sending emails and no response from them at all. after learning that it was not a legit website I sent an email to them saying you have 24 hours to credit my account or I will take action. no response from them, I am disputing the charge with my bank as of now. we'll see what happens. with all the bad complaints from customers it is obvious this company needs to be shut down and held accountable for their actions. I would like a full refund back. since they are not legit my bank had to cancel my card because they had it on file and didn't want them trying to charge me again. I hope that the BBB will take action against them . I am sending a pic of the withdraw from my account. Date of transaction was 12/10/2022 for a total of around ***** USD. I've sent close to 7 emails asking for a shipping notification with only a few responses of "it's in processing" etc. I've also messaged them multiple ***** of ******** with a response of " it's processing" etc. I've decided to finally ask for a refund and I've asked that request multiple *****. I ordered 2 t shirts on 12/12/22 as Christmas presents. The website stated they would be delivered before Christmas. I received an order confirmation (order #******) on 12/13/22 and they charged my credit card ($55.30) the same day. I have not heard from them since the confirmation email. Today is 1/7/23 and I have no tracking number and nothing delivered.
