12/18/22 purchased, 12/19/22 account charged, estimated **** business days to arrive. I gave a little extra time for the holidays. 1/18/23 received email runaround from customer service apologizing for delays and assuring me it was in production. 2/1/23 requested refund on email feed that included my Order #. Checked link in latest email response from them on 1/20/23 - and website is down! Filed a claim with my bank 2/2/23...which Printed Kicks has 35 days to review/action.Initial Complaint

We ordered and paid for 2 tshirts and 1 hoodie and 1 longsleeve from printed kicks on 12/10/22. We have still not received the apparel or a refund. We reached out to Printed kicks every few weeks along the way each email response was a vague/generic response with no real answers to our questions. From what we have read from your website they started doing refunds from order date of 12/08/22 but we have not heard anything from Printed Kicks. So we are requesting a refund through their website now in hopes to get this resolved. It is a shame because we have purchased from this company before and no issues. But communication goes along way. These were Christmas gifts and today is 1/31/23 and still no tracking # or no resolution nor did they communicate that they were refunding the order. So we will not be supporting this company any longer. If it wasn't for me researching this better business site I would not have known they were starting to process refunds. So are they just refunding those that complain? Excuses are not a great way to do business. People want to support small business but if Printed Kicks knew there was an issue which was going to cause the production of the product to be delayed this should have been communicated immediately by the company and the customer should not have to reach out several times to get this resolved. I hope Printed Kicks has learned from this and will do better!!Initial Complaint

I ordered 2 sweatshirts that said faith over fear back on dec 18. I emailed them on jan 6th asking about my order due to not seeing tracking being update and have sense messaged them numerous time. Back in Dec 19th, I have ordered a hoodie and shirt from printed kicks online They took the ***** plus and I have never received my things.I have reached out to them several times and they just say thanks for your patients it is in production.we will send email when shipped out.there add said 5 to 7 days been way over that . On Dec 14th I ordered a t shirt for a family member for Christmas. I expected to have the shirt delivered by Christmas, but yet on Christmas day I had to explain to a family member that they had a gift on order but didn't know exactly when it would arrive. On January 3rd I reached out to the company which replied they haven't shipped it out do to snow in ********. Although the company's website claims they ******* based. I reached out again on January 21st to which I still haven't recieved any update to my order. Bottom line company will steal your money and not ship your order. Ordered/Paid for a Hooded Sweatshirt from Printed Kicks on 12/14/22. Emailed company on 1/01/23, inquiring about the order. Rec'd email on 01/05/23 assuring me order was in process & was directed to their frequently asked questions page on their webpage. As of 1/19/23 still no product, emailed again to inquire about order status as it has now been well over a month since order was placed. Rec'd email response with a bunch of excuses about their manufacturer having issues, and that they request extended patience and are processing refunds for orders they could not fulfill as quickly as possible. I initially emailed them back stating that I had not cancelled the order, but then after reading reviews for this company and the ridiculously long amount of time they have had my money, I have not received the item, that I would like to cancel the order and request a refund. Frankly this whole experience feels very much like some sort of scam.Business Response

I placed an order online on 12/9/2022 for $38.99 (Hoodie sweatshirt) I have not received any response from this company and they will not respond to my messages or email. There has been to tracking number provided or no response to any of my inquiries. I have requested a refund through the website and received no response. This is fraud.
