      I ordered a shirt from them December 19th. It said it would be shipped in a couple days. So far as of January 23rd Ive received nothing. It hasnt shipped yet. Ive sent 3 messages all with generic responses saying it will be shipped within 15 days. I think its a fraud company.

      Hi Better,

      Thank you for your response. We want to assure you that your refund is in queue. We received a huge volume of orders during the holiday season and due to the unforeseen malfunction, we have to refund all orders that did not get fulfilled from as early as December 8. We are issuing refunds according to the date of each order to better accommodate each customer. If you did order from that date, you can expect your refunds sooner.

      We are requesting for your extended patience once again as we are doing our best to issue you your refund as soon as possible.

      Again, we are truly sorry for this and if you wish to still support us by requesting Store Credits instead of a refund, please let us know. We will add an additional 10% on top of the total purchase amount. We will also keep you posted once the system is fixed and we can process your orders in a timely manner.

      We are hoping to keep the patriotic spirit alive by not letting these unavoidable situations break us. Your unwavering support keeps us going.

      I purchased a shirt from them online back at the beginning of December. I have yet to receive anything. I have asked for a refund. They will not responded to me in an email or message.

      I placed an order on December 10 for a sweatshirt to be a Christmas gift. It is now January 21 and I have yet to receive any tracking information. Every time I email an inquiry I am told the order is in production and I will receive tracking information once available. Even with delays from the holidays, 30 business days and still no product and I have yet to receive the refund I have requested is unacceptable.

      I placed an online order with this company on December 19, 2022 for a basic t-shirt. After waiting several weeks, I reached out to customer service email and was told it was in production. After more time passed, I reached out again to request a refund. My request was ignored and I was again given a standard "it's in production" response. When I attempted to visit the company's ******** page, they have disabled commenting and the ability to leave a review. This is always a major red flag. Online posts show that this isn't the first time this has happened. I'm very disappointed as I truly wanted to support a small business who had stated values that aligned with mine. I still want a full refund from this company.

      I ordered a hat on 9 Dec 2022 and the website said 5-7 days to ship. It is now 19 Jan 2023 and I have yet to receive the hat. I have emailed them after the 7th day and they said that because of the holidays that they were backed up and would have the hat to me in an additional 7 days. It has been 6 weeks and still no hat. Ive emailed them multiple times telling them I want a full refund and now they will not respond. My order number is ******

      I purchased two shirts on 1/1/2023 and as of 1/18/2023 I have received ZERO information about my order. No tracking number or anything. I have also sent 3 emails to their customer support that have gone unanswered. I opened a claim through PayPal in hopes they would contact me and still no answer. Complete scam and fraudulent business.

      I ordered a shirt on December 9th of 2022 for a Christmas present. I was given an order number of ******. About a week before Christmas I emailed printed kicks asking about the status of my package. They responded with it is in production and you will be notified when it ship. Well Christmas came and went and I emailed them again. They once again said its in production being made especially for me and also blamed weather in ******** for delays. I have emailed them, ******** messaged, and message them on Instagram and I have Received about the same story every time. Its now January 18th and I still have not received my package or a refund. I would like one of the other!

      I ordered a sweatshirt and sticker on December 9, *********************************************************** a tracking number stating that my purchase has shipped. I did email the company on January 3, 2023, and received a response stating that due to weather in ******** shipping was delayed. I have since emailed the company several times and have not received a reply.

      Business advertisement on Instagram. I liked their clothing and bought a shirt. Money taken out on 12/9. I was told 7 days for shipping. 3 weeks later I wrote back asking for an update and they stated they were backed up. Following up weeks later all communication has ended and they will not respond. I looked the company up online and I'm not the only person who has experienced this same situation. Please stop them from scamming others.

      I have purchased a hat for the holidays. It's been over a month and it has not shipped and I cannot get any information on where my order is or if it's even made. I have only gotten back generic computer responses. I have asked for a refund but they have gone silent. Extremely disappointed and I would advise anyone and Everyone to find another place to shop. Such a scam.
