I placed an order for 6 bras and only one was out of stock (white bralette) despite being listed as "in stock" on the website. Entire order was delayed in shipping because of one out of stock item. I was not notified of this until 5 days after the order was placed. Since I was not going to have my item before my trip to Italy, I requested an order cancellation. I was offered bras in different colors and/or a store credit. I emailed back and told them I did not want either of those options. I would just prefer a refund. They refused to cancel the order or refund my money because it was already "in process" but yet, wouldn't ship the items that were in stock. They emailed again and offered me a DIFFERENT brand of bralette in black or gray. I ordered a white bralette for a white dress. I did not want black or gray bralette. I responded accordingly. Every email was a refusal to refund my money. I am still waiting on an order that has not been shipped. I would NOT order from this company. There is no phone number to call. The online chat doesn't work. Only option is to email. Emails are brief and clearly AI responses. I am getting nowhere so I filed a credit card dispute.
BEWARE!!!!!!!! ORDER FROM A REPUTABLE COMPANY.
I do not want a membership from this company.
I no longer want the bras from this company.
I just want my order cancelled.
Shame on this company for taking advantage of customers. If i had read the reviews listed here before ordering, I would NOT have placed my order.

I ordered a bra on June 22,2025. The delivery date was July 8th. It's now July 16th and I haven't received my order, only told it's out of stock and I need to choose a different color. I chose another color, but alas, it's also out of stock. I've reached out via email, chat, messenger and yet nothing is being resolved. I am pretty frustrated. It took me a month to finally decide to order a bra from shapermint. They are having a sale right now and the bra I wanted was only $32. After I went through the checkout process, a promotion popped up asking if I wanted a 2nd bra for 50% off. I thought of course I'll take second bra for $16. When I looked at my bank account 4 hours later I realized they charged me $99. I called them immediately and could not get a real person on the phone, so I online chatted with them and they said there was nothing they could do and someone will contact me through email in a few days. I will be returning my order as soon as it arrives. Very dishonest company and terrible customer service.Shapermint

They charged me above my order total on my Visa. I sent two bras for an exchange. They gave me credit for one which I don’t know why as they were an exchange. I am still over cost by $58.00. NO WAY TO TALK TO A PERSON. Do not shop with this company.Shapermint

I placed an order with apple pay on June 2, 2025 and was charged 157.46 for a number of items, some of which I did not purchase. I was mailed the items without an invoice and was never provided an email conformation with any sort of order number. I have tried multiple times to contact the company to return the 2 items I do not want and have been met with the same AI generated answer each time. The answer is that they have "escalated" my request, yet I have never been contacted by anyone at any point in time. The website is an endless circle of computer generated responses. I am going to dispute the charge with my bank at this point because they are stealing money and refusing to refund my purchase or allow me to return the items I do not want for a refund.Shapermint

Love Product, Hate Service, Not Shopping Here Again. Ordered 3 bras and loved them. Did 30 day trial for "Club". Missed cut-off for cancellation so decided to order one more bra and get free shipping. bra in my cart for $25.49, but when I went to payment, the price changed to $29.99 + tax. Tried chatting--could only submit their limited questions, not tell them my problem. Could not reach anyone by phone. Tried doing email submission for "Club Members" got multiple replies "we are working on it" Then received an email asking if my problem is resolved. I replied no and explained my problem again. Got more emails "we are working on it". I got very frustrated, ordered the bra I wanted at increased price (only because I had a $10 credit--had more but apparently can only use one at a time??) Got the free shipping and cancelled my membership as soon as my order was confirmed. I am done with them, I'll find a similar bra somewhere else.Shapermint

The bras do not fit!! There is absolutely no person to talk to if you are having a problem with their product. It pretends to have a message option that then immediately puts you back to the AI char bot. Extremely frustrating and disappointing. DO NOT BUY, AVOID THIS COMPANY,Shapermint

Subject: Shapermint: Deceptive Practices, No Customer Service, & Unauthorized Charges
Shapermint operates like a shell company, with zero customer service. My experience has been a frustrating, endless loop of redirection to their inadequate website, which they falsely claim can solve all problems.
Their website is a scam: aggressive timers and constant ads push impulse buys. Worse, they sneak in paid "memberships" without clear disclosure. The idea of a membership for underwear is absurd – it's a clear money grab.
Crucially, I was charged for this "membership" in both June and July without consent. I demand a full refund for these unauthorized charges.
All attempts to contact them – AI chatbot, phone, text – just loop back to their dysfunctional site. This is a deliberate barrier to any real support.
Shapermint shows no regard for customers. Their marketing is deceptive, including these fraudulent membership charges, and their customer service is non-existent. Beware of their manipulative tactics, hidden fees, and complete lack of recourse. This company is truly terrible.Shapermint

I ordered a product, paid through PayPal , and received it. All was good. I then decided I wanted 3 more with one adjustment. I got on messenger and simply asked what I would order to include the adjustment. Instead of answering the question so I could place a new order the original way, someone from Kenya called me. He offered me a great deal and I specifically said I wanted to pay through PayPal. He then had me on the phone for 3 hours downloading all these different payment apps, assuring me that the charges would not be placed. Fortunately, my bank and credit card were denying the charges. When I told him I wanted to cancel the whole transaction, he said I could not. Finally, 3 hours later I said cancel as no payments had been approved, and I thought it was the end of it. Next thing I know I have 7 pending charges on my credit card and several on my debit card. I disputed all the charges, and I believe my bank and credit card company are taking care of it. But it has been a nightmare and I had to change my Credit Card and Debit Card number. Then I realized it must have been a scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.Shapermint
