      Prior to placing an order, I opened the chat option, and luckily managed to reach an actual agent. I asked my numerous questions, one of which was about returns. I was told by the agent that returns were free (I took a screenshot in case something happened down the road). The items arrived, and did not fit. I tried to create a return, and it was going to charge me $6 USD per item to return them. I have been trying to reach an agent for three days, and no one is returning my messages or helping me. This is unacceptable. The fact that they have no phone number is terrible, and the chat is run by a bot.

      Beware of this company. I clicked on prime day sales 50 percent off a d ordered w tanks for 20 per piece. Following my purchase, there was a promotion for buy this item for 15.99. I added this to the cart and was charged full price for all of the items. I have bought many items in the past from them but this time it seems line a huge scam! There is no customer service. Just a chat bot that does not answer any questions or provide any support! Very disgusted with their deceiving practices!!

      If I could leave a negative number review, I would. I ordered apparel from Shapermint and they sent me the wrong size. After dealing with their Robot AI Chat, I was asked to complete a Return Process but the return process did not have any apparel in my size available. I was so frustrated that I wound up emailing 5x them but still got an automated response. This whole automated reponse without having any phone number for their site is unacceptable. They are the worst when it comes to customer service and I will never use them again.

      Ordered 3 products on June 13th with estimated June 29th delivery. June 26th was told one item was out of stock and the only option given was to order a different colour not to get a refund. The current delivery status is “reestimating”. I tried to cancel the order but cannot as it has been “processed”. No ability to speak to a person, and the on line chat just takes you in circles. I want a refund and have no idea how to go about getting my money back.

      I purchased something from this company over 1 month ago and still haven’t received it. I’ve reached out to them several times and the only response is “ It will arrive 6/20”. Today is 7/7 I’ve asked for a refund and have been told the refund cannot be issued because the order has been processed.

      I ordered some bras to try and did not realize they sneakily added in next to one of the item names on my receipt 'subscribe every three months'. Like who needs a duplicate bra every 3 months? I reached out to them three times with no response. When I returned the 'subscription' bra, they charged me a $6 fee. I have still yet to hear anything back from their support team but someone there took the time to respond to my credit card company regarding the dispute in order to make it my fault. NOT to mention, the bras are not even comfortable.

      WHERE IS MY MAY 13TH ORDER?? As others have stated, no help from anyone including "Rachel Mint" chat bot. Why did you charge the $4.99 membership fee when I did not request? More importantly, I have not received my order. Just a couple of years ago, when I placed an order, I received it. What happened. Please send me the order I placed on May 13, 2025!!

      I placed an order five days ago and I’m still waiting for shipping information or tracking number. No human being or customer service agent available whatsoever everything is through chat robot. They’re telling me to wait 24 to 48 hours for a response. Absolutely unacceptable. Horrible customer service shitty company. what a scam. Stay away!!!

      ONLINE FRAUD. BEWARE- I did not buy anything from them, just scrolled on an ad on Facebook. Suddenly I get an email saying I’m subscribed to a monthly club, have 5 credits and they charged my credit card $4.99. How did they access my credit card number? Like many others here- no number to call- just a virtual assistant informing me I have to create an account to cancel my subscription. This is FRAUD- and they need to be prosecuted

      Terrible online Company. I purchased a bra in May. then in June I seen a charge for $4.99..I later learned that this was a membership fee that i had no knowledge of or signed up for. I tried calling and could not get through to a human. No help. I tried chat online with a robot not helping at all. I tried Email, messenger. all robots. No Human. This is a deceptive business with poor business practice. I never signed up for a membership, yet they charge me and tell me they signed me up. Total theft with my credit card!
