I requested a repair to my clip-on sunglasses under warranty on 10/24/23; I was contacted promptly with a shipping label to send them in for repair. It is now 8 weeks later and I have not received my repaired clip-ons. I received a notice on 12/4/23 that a shipping label had been created, but the item has still not been received or shipped. I have contacted the business at least twice for updates, and gotten no response. All I want is my repaired clip-ons! It is ridiculous that it should take this long and that the company ignores communication from customers. This is the second time I have had to file a complaint against them; they did the exact same thing when I placed my initial order. Please just repair my clip-ons and mail them!Business Response

I submitted an order on October 3rd, with expected delivery date in 3 to 4 weeks. I have now been waiting 4 weeks. In the interim, I have tried to reach out to the company twice (with a third time tonight) by email after seeing other complaints here. No response.I also attempted to call them on the phone number listed for them in *********, **************. When I call this number, I receive a recording that the number is no longer in service.Based upon a complaint I read here, I agree that CliponExpress is fraudulently collecting money without filling orders. I would like to get a response from the company within 48 to 72 hours, that they are going to fulfill my order, and in what timeframe. If I do not hear back from them, I will end up having to challenge the charge with my credit card company, which I don't want to do because of all the hassle.Business Response

On August 29 I attempted unsuccessfully to use the ******************************* website to order sunglasses. I complained to the contact email address and was instructed to provide the information and images in an email. I subsequently received an invoice for the order, which I paid.It has been 4 weeks without receiving the ordered sunglasses. On June 20th, I placed an online order with CLIPONEXPRESS.COM LLC. I purchasedcustom clip-ons for my new eyeglasses. As part of this order, I pay a surcharge of $8.10 for Priority **** ********************* Ten business days is calculatedas July 10th for delivery. [See my receipt for $52.10] On July 27th, I received an email stating that my order was complete. Please note, it had not shipped yet. [See Completion email]I was very pleased when on July 28, I received an email from Stamps.com on behalfof Cliponexpress indicatingthat CliponExpress has shipped a package to me. This included the tracking number:9400111206203244999879.On August 1, I checked on the status of the shipment and discovered that the link stated: "A shipping label has been prepared for your item at 7:48 pm on July 27, 2023 in LAS VEGAS, ** *****. **** does not have the package yet; contact the shipper or shipping partner with any inquiries"On August 1, I contacted the vendor and asked when the product would ship. I purchased from this company on 6/27/23 order # *****, and paid extra for Priority, Shipping 6 to 8 business days. According to the website, a shipping label was created on 7/24/23, almost a month AFTER I purchased the sunglasses. I needed them for a drive on 8/1/23 (tomorrow). My order is marked complete and has been for a week. There is no information on the tracking number in my profile.I sent an email to the company 10 days ago and have heard nothing. There has been no communication regarding the order, or it's status, from the company. The phone number seems to be a personal cell phone. When I call, I get a message "The party you are calling can't be reached". There's no response to email and I'm not able to contact via phone. On 07/10/23 I paid $57.10 on [Order #*****] (July 10, 2023) for a pair on sunglasses, I paid extra to have them shipped faster than normal. Over a month later, hearing nothing from the company, I repeatedly tried to contact them about the status of my order, with no response. I placed an order (order # *****) for two pairs of clip on sunglasses on April 15, 2023, and paid for first class shipping (2-3 weeks). The cost of the sunglasses was $70.20, and the shipping was $4.24, for a total of $74.44. I received a confirmation email from the company on the same day, with all details correct, and a statement that the order was being processed. My credit card was charged for the amount on April 17th. Documentation of the above is attached.Now, 3 months later, I have not received my order, nor have I heard anything further from the company. I submitted an order status inquiry in late May or early June, and did not hear anything back, not even an automated reply.I would like the order to be fulfilled and delivered promptly. I ordered *************************. The company requires measurements of your glasses. I complied and ordered the Sunglasses on May 11, 2023. Original inquiries about the status met with "Sorry about the delay". On June 22nd, I asked for a refund. On June 22nd, they sent a message saying the Sunglasses shipped through **** with a tracking number. It is now June 30th and **** information still shows the package not turned over to them. This is very similar to the other complaints and I consider it scam.Business Response
