Placed order via company's website on 4/7/2023 for two pairs of identical clip-on sunglasses. Received e-mail acknowledgment that day. Paid via credit card, and payment has been processed. Fulfillment time was to be 3-4 weeks, according to website. Followed up by both e-mail and web portal "contact us" on 5/20/2023 after I had not received my order. To date, I still have not received clip-ons, nor any response to my e-mail or my "contact us." Tried calling company (no phone number listed on website), but did ****** search, and two numbers listed went to voice mail and did not identify as the company.Business Response

I ordered a pair of clip om sunglasses from this company on February 6, 2023. I received a thank you for your order email in February 6< 2023 with an assigned order number of *****. Tracking my order on the website has listed the status of my order as processing. It is now Mat 23, 2023. I have attempted to contact this company through the web site contact service and to the info@cliponexpress. com email address. I have also tried calling every phone number i can find listed without success. I paid through my PayPal account and they have accepted that payment. I ordered a pair of clip on sunglasses from Clip On Express on October 21st for $39.00. On my receipt, they gave me an estimated arrival date of 3-4 weeks.I messaged them 5 weeks later asking for a status update and on November 28th I received the reply "Your order will ship out by 12/1."The following week I wrote them another message asking to confirm that the sunglasses had been sent out. I didn't receive a response.I waited again until December 16th, and wrote them a more forceful message asking what was going on, and received an email from stamps.com saying "This message was sent to you at the request of Clip On Express, to notify you that they have shipped a package to you". The estimated delivery was 3 days, but if I go to the tracking information it still says today (December 30th) "Shipping label created, **** awaiting item".Looking online, there are plenty of complaints from others who are in similar positions. At this point I've lost confidence that Clip On Express will ever ship me my product and just want my $39 refunded.Business Response
