    I am the owner of Cosmical Studios LLC and I reached out twice to Bizapedia to update and hide my name and company address, haven't heard back and has not been changed. There is no way to contact them.

    My private home address is included on Bizapedia which is a huge safety concern for the industry I work in. My private address is purposely not listed on the Secretary of ****** website nor is is listed in the ***** for the trademarked listing. I made sure to give them the other registered address I paid for. So I have no clue what the email response I received from Bizarpedia is referring to when they say the proper governing agencies is where they get their info. The only place that was mandatory to give a domicile address was on my ****** listing for the company to verify where I am physically, but they hide that address and only display what I choose to display. This is a major safety issue for my family and I, and Bizapedia is 100% responsible for displaying my information to the public and for jeopardizing our safety in the event a stalker wants to find us. I have my family in this home and the creators/owners of Bizapedia are directly at falt for jeopardizing our safety. Again, even the Secretary of State and USPTO do not display my home address. I went Bizapedias contact page, and I received an email telling me not to respond to it. And their contact page has no space for your to type in anything. The email just rudely says do not respond because it wont be read (its purposely set up that way because I am sure a lot of people are concerned about safety with their families, children, etc.). Im sure the owners and employees at Bizapedia would feel the same way if the address where their babies and familys reside was exposed to the world.

Please allow us to explain Bizapedia's position regarding such inquiries. Bizapedia obtains business records through lawful, open-access procedures, including from the offices of various secretaries of state. Bizapedia endeavors to process as many such records as possible and to ensure its profiles are accurate and current before and after publication. 

    However, Bizapedia does not represent that the listings on its website are comprehensive. To the contrary, Bizapedia acknowledges that the listings on its website are limited by Bizapedia's ability to access government records and its ability to process the records it is able to access. Nor has Bizapedia undertaken any obligation to list any business or create any business profile on the Bizapedia website, regardless of whether a business's government records are publicly accessible. 

    The Supreme Court has held that the First Amendment protects a business's decision to select what to publish and what not to publish on its website. See 303 Creative LLC ****************, 143 S. Ct. ****, **** (2023). Thus, the government may not compel a business to publish any particular statement without implicating First Amendment concerns. See id.     I'm a small business owner who gets penalized by ****** for outdated information, (in my case, a company address of mine from 24 years ago). Each time I try to update the info online, it asks me to include all my contact info as well as the company ***, which I do, but it then claims it doesn't match their records, despite me copying/pasting it from their directory. The only way to potentially correct it is to sign up and pay for one of their "premium" services. They are effectively holding outdated information over me as ******.I've copied & pasted what happens after submitting the info, and as stated, a statement pops up about my *** is not in their records, (even after searching their records by my company name and the *** they have on file, then copying/pasting it). I can't even contact them without submitting a "valid" ***, which is ridiculous and downright criminal, since they are negatively affecting my SEO results due to inconsistent and/or outdated business info. Below is copied/pasted from their site to show what happens.     I am rejecting this response because: it's completely false.  They are lying.  I showed proof of the error message as well as their advisement to search their databases to get the company URL, which I did.  I then copied & pasted it, per their suggestions, but it didn't work. 

    They actually gave a different excuse why they haven't changed my address and still have my company listed as inactive.  Below is an excerpt from the email I received from them at 9:13 AM today, 7/20/23.  You'll see that they suggested they are merely following what is written by some "relevant governing agency", but what agency would that be?  I'm also including a screenshot from the ****** CCB where you can clearly see I am currently licensed, bonded and insured, CCB # ******.  I have a feeling that this stems from Bizapedia refusing to update their records and they are using my old CCB# ****** from 2009.  That's my best guess.  Still, anyone clicking on Bizapedia searching for my company would have read the status is inactive, which is even more harmful than potentially being penalized by ****** for Bizapedia still displaying my address from 24 years ago.  There's no telling how much potential revenue this has cost me, yet all I ask is for them to update their records and they refuse.

    Bizapedia.com has our little ********-registered Not-For-Profit (NFP) filing status as "Not Good Standing". This untruth has been up at Bizapedia for years, unchanged. Use the link below to search "*************************** MEMORIAL FUND". Bizapedia provides no evidence for their assertion.**************************************************************** I went to the web site to try and post this information. I discovered (as I read the Terms of Service} that my user data/information would be used. I aborted that mission as it smelled like a clever way to get people to create an account thinking they were making the wrong right.     I am rejecting this response because:  Our In Good Standing status is clearly published on the ******** Secretary of ****** (SOS) web page (see how to find this information in my original complaint text, and/or see uploaded screenshot from **** website) and is easily accessible to Bizapedia.  Should be easy as that to resolve.

    its obvious that the response Bizapedia gave moments ago is a formed response to all the complaints they receive.  They provide zero evidence for their claim that our NFP is not in good standing.  Who in ******** government told them otherwise?  If Bizapedia would reveal their source, Id call their source and inquire.  

    I am not going to create an account at ********************** to communicate directly with them.  Bizapedia will remain virtually unchallenged and I wont spend any time or money pursuing this effort to rectify an easily resolvable issue.  Incredulous.
