  Ive recently learned Bizpedia, LLC, is publishing full information on my company (Spherical ******, LLC), with my full home address on there as well.   I came across a Bizapedia page listing my full physical address. I have not authorized them to list my personal address and i have CHILDREN!!!!! There is no reason they should be allowed to take peoples information and list it without permission. I want them to remove this immediately and I want confirmation of this! This is a violation and a huge safety concern for my family!

  I am rejecting this response because their actions led to property damage, financial loss and emotional trauma. The information they posted online was used by a criminal to pursue malicious acts against my business and my family. Also, public opinion of this less than respectable organizations business practices align with my own and they will be made to pay for the numerous gross violations of privacy and disregard for the safety of other humans that align them with sociopaths. Counsel recommends they pay a settlement to prevent litigation or their neglect for respect, safety and a hard days work will put them somewhere they do not want to be. In the last 24 hours I have used a series of scripts and code to contact every single dissatisfied victim of this organization and we are poised to launch a class action suit against them.   Furthermore, we submitted a request to ****** and Bing to check the page in question for changes. The search engines will generally update their search results whenever they detect a change to a page's content, although the process can take anywhere from 1 to 30 days. Please note organic search results are not controlled by Bizapedia and there is nothing further we are able to do to hasten their update or removal. You will have to personally communicate directly with entity that owns the search engine through one of their online tools to have a search result removed in an expedited manner.

  I own a business, as a female I would not like my private address displayed and I went to lengths this didnt happen when starting an LLC. Not only did they publicize all my private business information, I was never once asked! This has to be illegal in some way, people could look at ANY of my pages and find out who I am and now they can also know where I live which puts my business and I in great danger. Its unacceptable. I have contacted Bizapedia LLC about this, if they dont resolve within 24hrs, I will be seeking other legal action.

I never requested this and did not ask to have my service based virtual business on their page.
