There is a reason that other business directory sites (your competitors) hire a mediator to shield personal data from the public. You are putting the lives of business owners and their families in imminent danger and subjecting them to unnecessary harm. I would suggest refining your data collection algorithm to implement precautionary measures to shield this type of information. Simply put, its the ethical thing to do.

    I didn't even had a chance to put my website out there and all my personal info is open to public.  As I stated previously Touch of Luxury Spa, LLC is a home based spa studio and no need to expose all personal information. This is not right. I hope we can resolve this and the business will be taken out from Bizapedia website. Thank you.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    Although Bizapedia removed his full name (****************************) which we appreciate however, they did not remove our home address which I still clearly see (01.25.2023) on ****** beginning with 101 W.....although they have written on the Review Page displayed that name and address is hidden. That is not entirely true.  Please listen carefully to what I'm saying.  I'm adding a new attachment that will show that when a customer looks up our business with the name Bizapedia attached to it you will see no name of the co-owner, but you will see now only see the 101 W........ Drive which is still private home information that they do not have a right to publish.  And 101 W..... Drive.

    We do not want Bizapedia posting an address for us period. We expect them in good faith, decency and honestly to honor our request. Plese refer to my attachment which is different from the one they have displayed in their answer.  Again, you can ****** our business name under ****** and you will see the 101 W..... Drive address.  It's just that simple. We also want Bizapedia to remove and delete themselves altogether from our name on ******.  We will not be doing any business with them. We do not need their business to accept our reviews on their platform. They can select another business at this point very respectfully. 

    We will not accept any excuses until our request is honored in full by Bizapedia. This is my response.  Thank You!

    My company name is *********************** inc,it's on the bizapedia website,amd I can't seem to grab. A link from the site at all!

    Ther is no other information o can give you,amd why is it that your asking for information or clarification when I have been more than clear about the bizapedia not removing all of my information,it has been almost two years that I have been trying to contact t them to do so..they have a opt-out option but the web page is and has been broken since this started,there are numerous other complaints of the same nature.pleaw respond back with whatever whats needed to move forward.

    II should be able to opt out of having this website contain any and all of my information every other website does except for this one I do not consent to being a part of bizapedia I never did they continue to post non-credible unverified reviews from anyone I've gotten threats from strangers my children have answered the phone and been threatened with their lives it is absolutely ridiculous that they continue to keep my information on their website they are the ones who are fostering other third parties if I want to opt out from their website I should be able to all of their portals and links to be able to do so are broken and everyone knows that this is a scam site trying to create traffic so they remain relevant in the ****** search and the BBB gets paid by busipedia to be able to get away with it
