  I found out today December 29th 2022 that I am no longer given permission to view my own companies information and actual proof of Company ownership page. It is going to ruin my entire life and destroy all previous tires with every prior company that has experience how **************** and just how legitimate it is. My company is a event planning an entertainment business LLC that I have been running. qualifying for future opportunities that I would like to find will no longer be a part of my life and every day it will be a hassle now having to explain to every legitimate business owner manager and any other help like venues team members and actual fans and employees that their entire picture of my company his washed away forever.

  The company doesn't not allow for business without a url that it has in its database to contact them to remove the owners private information like name and address. I tried to contact them to remove my name and address from their website as it's my private home address and they make it impossible to contact them with the way their system is set up to do so. I want my info removed effectively and it is not to be sold to any other party. I have never entered into a contract or any agreement with this company and never heard of them.

  I did a search for my business to make sure the domain was not being used. The Domain is being used with my information on it and I click on the link to see what the website said about my business a tree service information came up and flooring, roof repair.I did not authorize the website at all. I do not have access to the web site to make changes. The name of the domain is TCCOACHINGSERVICES.com Bizapedia.com is the name of the company. I would like the website removed because the information is inaccurate. I could not submit a complaint because they said the web address is incorrect. I copied and paste the address in the location requested and they said it is incorrect. Please help because the business is not up and running and the web site of the business is misleading.I took a picture of the website, but unable to upload.   I am a new business owner. I searched my business name to see what comes up and discovered the company Bizapedia displaying my personal information such as my home address, First Middle and Last name, along with my company registered/ principal agent name and address (which is also myself).   However, I would like to note that the response from Bizapedia does not ensure confidence as they are implying they can advertise public records if available online through government agencies.  I would also like to note that in order to contact this company you have to agree to THEIR privacy policy and give UP more of your personal information. In addition, they are using a false logo and claim to potential customers who click on their links with my business name. In addition, they seem to require potential subscribers to agree to use their service to advertise; of which I never agreed or subscribed.

  I urge this company to strongly reevaluate their business practices.

  Finally, within state government, an opt out box should be included in the declaration of DBA, or other potential information that is readily available to the public. I have contacted my business consultant and will be contacting my local government agencies.

  If this occurs again I will have to involve Better Business Bureau and a letter from my attorney.
