    I created an LLC on 3/16/2022. The name is 703 speed LLC. I am filing a complaint because Bizapedia is trying to extort me for money by showing my personal information such as my name, address, and ein number, and asking for a membership to remove it from the internet. This is a major breach of privacy for me because I have a ******* channel with a following of thousands of people, and all they have to do to find my address is type in the name of my channel. I am asking Bizapedia to DELETE AND REMOVE ANY information regarding 703 speed LLC. I do not need anyone showing up at my house. Bizapedia, please do the right thing and remove my personal information from your site. Thank you

    Hello, I would like the information for ****************** LLC to be updated to match the information the Secretary of State website for **********. Specifically, the company contact information, which is not accurate as of now. I would also like for the private information to be hidden once it is updated (contact name and address).     9/21/2022 This non-accredited company has the wrong information online to the public. On trying to contact them, they have in fine print to absolve them of any legal repercussions. I will not be signing that because I will take any legal action necessary if my business information is not taken down. I do not do business with them, do not know of them, and have no clue how they got my info. I am also a military member and will never willingly compromise myself.

    After googling my name it came up on bizapedia as registered agent for choza restaurant in Blackhawk.     Firstly, I need this company to remove MY NAME & MY COMPANY'S INFOR from their site. I never gave authorization and never even knew they existed. I was today old when I learned of 'Bizapedia" one of my clients informed me of my company nae. MY name, my number, incorrect filing status. incorrect address (thank God)! And honestly, because of the world we live in today how dare a company be so irresponsible and brazen to randomly put people's PERSOANL NAME ADDRESS & NO.

    I have been stalked in real life before. I've also had my identify stolen TWICE in my lifetime. I am asking for immediate and expeditious resolve in this matter please. I have also contacted the CFPB and will not hesitate to escalate this matter to the law if not handled in an expediate manner. They made me sign a "contract" to even submit my grievances & concerns?? Within that contract I gave them 3days to respond to me.

    I'm aware that much of what "Bizapedia" is unlawful and that's their business. However, I have NEVER signed up to do business with them and I NEVER will. I would describe them as a predator company who takes advantage of other existing businesses.

    THIS WAS THEIR RESPONSE TO ME???
    I've read other complaints on them and it seems they respond to everyone this way. I checked the website and I see that they unlisted my name and address (good) and corrected the info to now be AACURATE (also good) what it says today it did NOT say yesterday.
    However, I have ZERO desire to be listed on their website AT ALL I did not authorize it either so how can I sever this "tie" BBB? PLEASE ADVISE!!

    I want my personal information removed from their website. The 'current' information shows a personal address associated with a now dissolved business that I registered in 2018 (*********************.) The only thing this site does is really adveristing my name and prior address without my permission. My multiple attempts to submit a request to have it removed failed because their own site claims not to recognize the automatically generated URL.

    I understand this is public information but this site makes my personal address as easy as searching my name on a wide open source like Google. I dont feel comfortable with this. I dont understand why they believe this is a good or safe idea for anyone. In the past I have received notices of my name being on the Dark Web. And also among security breaches. I dont like such easy access to personally identifiable information. Anyone who needs to look up ********************* and locate the name of officers can do so at SOS website. However, as the address is no longer valid that is also pointless & will only have mail intended for me being delivered to someone else.

    Yes, I accept that my name and address have been removed. This is all I wanted but their website made that request impossible. I understand this information is available at the SOS website, but that's different than having my personal details appearing in a simple Google search.
