  We have contacted this company via email and requested that the personal names (contacts) be removed from their site as our company is private and the names and addresses of anyone associated with the company should not be listed. The filing status of our company is incorrect as it shows Active/Owes Current Year Ar. We currently are active but all fees are up-to-date and we DO NOT owe anything. This companys actions could result in an individual being stalked or harmed. As one of the listed contacts has been a victim of identity theft, Bizapedias tactics are unlawful. They require that you sign up to submit requests for removal and this practice is again unlawful as the personal information should not be listed on their site anyway. We simply ask that the personal information such as individual names, addresses, and phone numbers NOT be listed on their site in relation to our company. Thanks in advance for promptly remedying this issue.

  The problem is they are advertising a business I use to own and is no longer in business. Plus it was an adult entertainment company, they posted my name, address and phone number. I have children living with me which was very dangerous for them to post this and continue to post it after *** asked them over and over to take it off! They keep telling the business is still in service and they are not going to take it off! What should I do about this situation? I could or my grandchildren could possibly be in danger because of this! I never gave them or anyone permission to post anything at all! They need shut down!

  I want the entire thing removed and they keep refusing to delete it! The company is no longer in business there is no reason for it to be anywhere on the internet. I have asked them several times and the response is the same they refuse to take it off! If its not taken off I will contact a lawyer to see what can be done legally! This is very ridiculous! I should not even be going through this! They had no right to publish anything about me or the business I use to own! I never gave anyone permission to post anything about me or that business! Im extremely upset over this and it starting to cause me emotional distress! I just want it all taken off and Im not going to be happy until thats done then another site connected to them tried to make me pay money to have it taken off! Im not paying anything for something I never gave permission for in the first place!

  Ive been trying to get in contact with Bizapedia for months. You have my name and adresse listed on your website. I asked many times for them to take it down. This is very dangerous.   I completed the form TWICE for Bizapedia to remove my company's address for the internet and never make it searchable. I also sent an email to ****** for them to remove it. This is a violation of my privacy! I am now considering seeking legal representation because it is a virtual business which means my personal information is exposed!

  This company, Bizapedia, LLC has listed my private information (including home address & full name) without my consent or prior knowledge, to appear in internet search engine results during searches of my name and my business name. I have not given any permissions to Bizapedia, LLC to use my name, address, or any other information. I have not had any previous involvement with Bizapedia, LLC. I do not desire any involvement or interaction with the company Bizapedia, LLC. I do not wish to participate in their pay-to-remove my information grifts. I do not wish to navigate or interact with the Bizapedia, LLC website, which requests the input of more personal information, to be able to communicate with Bizapedia directly. The search engines will generally update their search results whenever they detect a change to a page's content, although the process can take anywhere from 1 to 30 days. Please note organic search results are not controlled by Bizapedia and there is nothing further we are able to do to hasten their update or removal. You will have to personally communicate directly with entity that owns the search engine through one of their online tools to have a search result removed in an expedited manner.

  Bizapedia, LLC has responded to a *** complaint case I filed yesterday (#********) by removing personal information from a former (now dissolved) business of mine (****************, LLC). I was unaware they had listed my personal information in this separate instance until they replied to *** complaint #********. As I noted in writing yesterday, and provided a link to (upon *** request) , my current complaint is the Bizapedia, LLC site listing, advertising and wholly inappropriate use of my personal information and address in search results for my current business ********************* Art, LLC. When I search the link to the Bizapedia, LLC listing for ********************* Art, LLC , my personal information and address are still displayed and not removed as the Bizapedia response states. Remove my personal information and address IMMEDIATELY. Screenshot attachments provided: First image to show they replied about the wrong (former) business which I hadnt mentioned in the complaint.
