      Ordered these and had some misses on making the molds. The Remi support team was very understanding and provided additional kits at no charge to get the item right. Thank you, now I just need to wear them more.

      I lost my retainers and I couldnt afford to pay 300 to replace them, so I went out on a whim and purchased some from Remi. Needless to say, I am more than satisfied! I use my night guards every night! will definitely be purchasing again in the future.

      My dentist suggested I needed a night guard but I couldn't afford the ones they offer so I looked around online and found Remi. It was super easy to order the impression kit from Amazon and it came quickly and with great instructions. I've joined their "club" and am on an automatic replacement set up now. It's great to receive a fresh night guard when they are needed and every time I've reached out to customer service they reply promptly and are always super helpful. I've recommended Remi to multiple friends and will continue to do so.

      I have placed 3 orders now with Remi. Initially for my husband then when his mouth guards arrived and were perfect for his teeth grinding needs then i ordered my own and now after a year and the dog chewing one guard we are replacing his guards just as you would anything else. I like they have the option to store (for a fee) the dental impressions so re-ordering creates less waste and takes less time to get the product. Open communication throughout the entire process and follow up emails to let us know when they received the mailed impressions and when we would expect the new guards in the mail. We also have tried the whitening foam and it was great for cleaning the guard and keeping it fresh. I would highly recommend. The cost is also similar if not cheaper than ordering through the dentist.

      HIGH QUALITY custom night guards made to fit my mouth almost perfectly. WAY cheaper than what my dentist offers, and I believe the quality is just as good. They take some getting used to if you're like me and new to wearing night guards. But I've had my first set hold up well for about year (with good sonic care cleaning and sanitizing) and my 2nd set is great back up if I lose them or when the others finally wear out. The subscription replacements took quite awhile to arrive after they charged my card, so be prepared for that delay (at least a month). But really I have no complaints and I tell everyone to try this company if they need night guards.

      I had tried another send-away night guard and they took so long and messed up my order several times. A few months in I gave up and tried Remi.Remi was so much more efficient, the customer service was way better- and the product was better at the end of the day. My dentist said that Remi was clearly a better night guard.These night guards were effective as a retainer and a clench/grind guard. In the end, my periodontist recommended a flat plane night guard. Hopefully someday soon Remi can offer that as well.Overall, definitely recommend this product and company!

      Great customer service and a fraction of what my dentist was trying to charge me. The Remi Club is also a good idea if you like a thinner mouthguard that you replace more often rather than thicker one that are you always worried about breaking. As an added bonus, you can use your HSA account to purchase this!
