    July 28th there was a huge storm and the cox communications box outside lid flew off and it hit my house and my roof and caused damage. When i called them about the damage they were terrible about getting back to me. One of their employees accidently left the box tie down. Left damages to my house and my stucco on my house. instead of owning to the damage they blame my tree which clearly couldn't have damage my stucco. I had to threaten calling the news for someone to finally come and fix the box a week later. They also said that when they guy comes out to do it they would clean it and make sure everything is good, but the guy just put the lid on and closed it tight. Just feel like they don't care about their customers at all. We pay good money for internet that we have to have for school and work and they know that.

    The last week of May 2022 I lost internet service with cox and after a week of no service where I bought a new modem, I gave up and changed to Spectrum. Even though I told Cox that I was canceling, they continued to bill me. Every communication with them I told them I canceled. In August I spoke with an agent(I had problems understanding) that gave me the understanding that my account and bill was canceled to the beginning of June leaving a zero balance

    Obviously this didn't happen as I continue to be billed though I haven't had their service since the beginning of June. They tried to bill my bank account though I did not give them permission.
    Today after almost an hour supposedly with a supervisor she refused to correct the problem.
