    Biggest scammers ever to vetrens called and paid extra to move my due date to the first later on the first they charged me 25 late fee thier reason is 31 days in this month so the draft we through on the 31st instead of the first anyone reading this there are so many other places to get internet and TV please cut coc off and get with a company that doesn’t extort you

    The lag between other providers across the nation is more than 30 seconds. This makes it annoying when watching Super Bowl and other sporting events with friends across the nation.

    Price went up. So I contacted them to see about getting a lower price even switching to lower package. Was give a price that I agreed on m then my bill came in and the price wasn't what I was giving. Note I have chat transcripts to prove it. Then when I called to question it I kept get pushed from one person to another. Even to the point they kept disconnecting me. I was never rude never hot tempered but still got treated like this. And the last person I did talk to told me that the deal that I was giving originally wasn't available no more. Sorry better off going else were if this is how they treat customer and loyal ones . I been with them for 5 years and I'm done with them.

    I was told I was to get a refund after I paid my Cox bill and canceled it a week later returning my equipment. I waited three weeks and nothing. I called Cox and was given the run around for over 40 minutes and hung up two times. I called back and was finally told for one weeks of service I was being charged $116.24 and no refund would be given. Don't go to Cox ever. Go to Verizon for your internet $25 a month great service. Great people!!

    They cheat the elderly and when you call them on it they put you thru hoops smdh. I wonder how many elderly people have been cheated and deceived and the worst is there are no competitors

    I had Cox internet service for years. The service was consistently out in late night/early morning hours (with no advance warning). My service was terrible, intermittent, sluggish, and I had to reset several times a week. When it rained it went out completely. On top of internet, they were charging me for a phone service I never had and I was paying about $120 per month. A lot of people I talked to were paying about half that. I called "loyalty services" several times (you have to call them to cancel or downgrade services, and they make it VERY difficult to get through) to renegotiate or downgrade my service but they wouldn't work with me at all. It was pay the $120 or cancel. No other internet service was available at my location so I had to keep paying. Well, now I've got other options and quickly switched to T-Mobile. My signal is twice the strength, costs around $50/month and has been extremely reliable. I was so relieved and happy to finally cancel Cox. It was liberating!! I will never do business with Cox again. They only care about getting as much money from you as they possibly can, not about quality or customer service.

    *** techs are nasty, lying young humans. They are ignorant of their jobs. And I think they are being told to push a tech to come out to your home when they very ell know it's on their end. 1 out of 10 techs only knew what she had to do. I bought my own modem and router and the company has been knocking me out every 15 hours. Their equipment is inadequate. But the company has it programmed to knock your internet out. Plus I'm a senior an for some reason they feel we as seniors are not important enough to have working wifi. My last call was a young man who wanted to send out a tech when it was on his end. And I refused. He blocked my modem. Looking into a better company now. *** gets a 0 zero rating.

    Tried to cancel my WiFi today. Was lucky enough to talk with ******. This person is totally unprofessional. Was trying to pressure me to keep my business with ***.I eventually just had to hang up on him after REPEATABLE asking him to cancel my service. I have a witness that over heard my conversation with him, since I had him on speaker. If my service is not canceled as of today, I will move forward with legal action. This is how bad this company is. I will NEVER use *** for anything again. Asked to speak to a supervisor, ****** said he is the highest person there. If that is true, ***** is in real trouble. If you are desperate and there is no other option, good luck with this company. Luckily there are other companies available out there. Do yourself a favor, stay away from ***. Just so you know, this is the first time in my life I have written a review about a company.

    They charged me ***** for something I didn't ask for! IT TOOK 50 MINUTES AND 5 PEOPLE TO GET IT ********** ***** Indian accent I couldn't tell her name, told me she was the account manager, had the nerve to tell me she wouldn't remove it because THERE WAS NO DOCUMENTATION THAT I DIDN'T ASK FOR IT. S**** you lady. Not only does *** try to steal 50 bucks from me, but this lady tells me that. I lost my mind there. It gave me such a headache that I'm still feeling the headache the next day. I just had to call out sick from work, *** Literally made me sick, and cost me money and time. What rotten people rotten company.

    Cox really sucks! They act like they are helping you with the federal program that gives you $30 off your bill, but in reality they are just ripping you off. It is a scam. They give you very little data to use and then when you go over your data they charge you $10 for every time you go over your data. My bill ends up the same amount before the federal program almost every month! Then they have a monopoly that you can't event get any other internet! Very sad how they take advantage of people!
