I purchased items from this business. 5 are mislabeled. The business requested pictures of the items which I provided. The brand name is bar juice of the defective items. They have not responded. I request a refund or credit of the items.Business Response

I purchased products from this company on June 5th 2025. The order was received by me on June 9th. The products they sent me are defective, they taste stale and have a mildew like residue. I contacted the company on the 9th, the 12th, and the 16th, they never responded. I also filled out there contact form on the website, no response. They did however send me an automated email asking how my contact request went, all I could respond with was that they didn't respond.All I want is my money back. I am happy to return the defective products to them.I ended up contacting my bank and filing a charge back since the company is ghosting me.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because: I will not be cancelling my charge back. I have emailed your company several times, as well as filing out your contact form on your website. Not once have you responded to me, until I filed the charge back. Your response on the 23rd is attached, which doesn't actually offer any resolve for the defective products you have sent me. Your customer service has been non existent and the products you sent me are defective garbage. The only way I will be cancelling this charge back is if you refund my order in full.

The date of the transaction was June 9 and June 10. They were supposed to deliver my vapes to my address which is *************************. my phone number is **************. I've emailed them however they still said it's processing but I have had no clarification on this. i've ordered from them before and have had no problems at all. when I try to call them I get a automated message that provides no help at all. I emailed them already more than 3 times but no response. It's June 17 and I want a refund or my order delivered I have no other alternative other than to go through you because I see from other reviews that you've been able to reach them where other people have not been able to reach them which makes them a very unreliable company. it may not seem like much but it's a lot to me and I would like to have this issue resolved as soon as possible please. I've been getting emails from Vape Wholesale USA four or five times a day for the past couple of months. Two separate orders with *********** (********** Order #********* for $85.49, and Order #********* for $135.18 - each with $9.99 extra for shipping & handling) The combined Orders were for a total of 14 Vapes (5 for the first order and 9 for the second order) Order *********: I paid $15.00 for each of the 5 Vapes (totaling $85.49 for items and shipping). One vape was credited for out-of-stock, 3 were mailed to me, and one vape was not mailed to me, nor did *********** provide an explanation concerning the missing vape nor provide any refund. That is a total of 2 vapes missing of which I was credited for 1 of the 2. Order *********: I paid $15.00 for 2 of the vape units, $15.25 for 1 unit, $9.99 for 1 unit, and $13.99 for 5 units (totaling $135.18 for items and shipping). Of the 9 Vapes, six were mailed to me. *********** did not provide any information to me concerning the missing 3 vape units nor did they provide any refund to me. I contacted ********** on 2 occasions, but they failed to respond to me on both occasions. On my 3rd contact with them, I informed them that I would be filing a formal complaint for Online Fraud, and also with the Better Business Bureau. They have since refunded me for all missing Vape units, except for 1 (valued at $15.00). I also requested refund for the shipping and taxes that I paid for all of the ordered items that were missing from the shipment. They have refused to refund for 1 unit, the taxes that I paid on all missing units, and shipping for the missing units. I possess all emails and contacts with ***********, except for the contacts I made on their website.Business Response

Placed an order on 5-15-25, it is now 6-6-25, order still shows processing, emailed them numerous times, tried calling the phone number which is absolutely useless and redirects you to the website. This company has no customer service, what absolute garbage. Either ship my s*** or refund my money back, after this poor service and no one seems to give a **** about it. The date of the transaction was May 8th they were supposed to deliver Vapes to my address and they never delivered them to my address which is ******************************************************** my phone number is ************ I've ordered from them before and it wasn't a problem this time whenever I try to track it it said that it was being returned to sender and I've tried to call their phone number that's listed on their website and all it does is give you an automated message to email them which I emailed them eight times already trying to get someone to email me back or call me back or something some kind of contact but there's been no contact at all whatsoever and it's already May 25th and I want my money back or I want my order sent to me and I don't have any other alternative other than to go through you because I see from other reviews that you've been able to reach them where other people have not been able to reach them which makes them a very unreliable company and I'm very disappointed in them but I really really hope that you can take care of this for me because it's $75 and it may not seem like much but it's a lot to me and I would like to have this issue resolved as soon as possible please. On 4/26/25 I ordered multiple Artery CL6 ****** puff vape disposables. My *** tracking was set for me to receive my packages a week ago but instead on 5/2/25 the package was delivered back at the business at *********, ** and I never received my package. I have reached out in multiple emails to support to either receive a refund or have my product resent to me but have not heard back in multiple days.
