I bought $190.83 of vape juice from vapewholesale usa on Order # ********* on April 9th, 2025. When I log into my account, it says that my order is On Hold. I have tried calling and sending emails since April 17th to find out why my order is on hold. This company has no customer service. I would just like to find out what's going on. In February (approximately February 4), I ordered and paid for a vape juice. It has never come. I bugged them again and again to give me a refund since it was obviously lost in transit. On February 22, they supposedly granted me a refund, which I have yet to see. I talked to the bank that would receive the refund and they said they do not see this refund, pending or not. I have reported this to Vape Wholesale USA and they asked me to verify again that there is no refund, which I did. I have also asked that they refund the money again and they refuse to answer me. I ordered ***** packs of vapes for a total price of over $113. I received one ten pack I contacted them several times over the course of a week. I then notified my bank to reverse charges. They got back to me and gave me a credit along with free shipping. I ordered two vapes and of course its been over a week no tracking number and no vapes.Customer Answer

My order says shipped since 12/30/24. Order was placed 12/2924 Order number ******. Its 1/9 and **** says that the label was created but package has never been sent and that they are still waiting for the package?! I have tried contancting your company everyday for a week via email text and phone. I have not gotten a single response. This is VERY unprofessional. I placed an order 1/3/2025 for ******. I received 2 items yesterday 1/8/2025 that cost about 2.92 each. The rest of my order which was 8 bottles of juice and 11 boxes of coils was not in the order. The envelope my 2 items came in was too small to fill the rest of my order so this doesnt seem to be an accident. Ive text,called and emailed numerous times and nobody answered or responds. Ive bought from them in the past with no issues so I dont understand whats going on. I want balance of my order or money back asap. I did receive the balance of my order. Someone did contact me via email explaining that my order had come from different warehouses, which is why it was broken up into two orders. I contacted my bank and reversed the cancel payment so they could be paid. As of now everything worked out. If they had just responded to my numerous phone calls text and emails about my concern before I received the second part of my order I would never have contacted BBB or cancel the payment with my bank. I was surprised that this had happened because Ive done business with them in the past and everything was always very smooth. I will still do business with them now that I know that sometimes your order might be broken up due to coming from different warehouses.Customer Answer

I have tried to contact vapewholesellusa by phone with no luck. By email with no luck. I purchased $112.44 on 11/18/2024 worth of vapes from the company and only recieved half of my order. The second half shows that the postage was not paid by vapewholesell, so the product was not shipped. I have attached all the needed documention to try and resolve this issue. I purchased some items from on 10/31/24 from Vape Wholesale USA ( Order000227875) . Based on the products description it should have been what I needed. I received the product and unfortunately it did not work as descripted. Even though I put a note to the seller in the purchase order if the product I am purchasing is not what I needed not to send it and to cancel my order by describing what I was looking for in the note. I contacted the seller by phone and by email more than once without any luck. I did some research and I bought different items to make the received items work ( Order *********) but it turned out they do not fit as described. I again attempted to contact the seller by phone and email without any luck. I wanted to either return or get the correct items since the items description is confusing and not accurate. Now I am stock of almost $125 in stuff that are not needed and almost in $26 in shipping. I am running out of the company return window and had no luck getting a hold of anyone.Initial Complaint

I have been ordering from Wholesale vape for at least a year with no problems. I usually recieve vapes within a week and this last time it took over 2 weeks. I tried to contact them with no respose. I just did a 200+ order and didnt recieve 5 items. I have tried calling numerous times and left messages. I have emailed them with no response. I'm almost positive nobody answers that phone or email. They sent an itemized list of what they sent and it even showed they sent 1 outta 4. I am still waiting on 3. They said they refunded me for 1 and never received that money. I am bummed cause I really liked doing business with this company and have sent like 15 people to them. They were always pretty fast and honest! I think where they get mixed up and start scamming people is when they send multiple packages when it should all come in one. All I want is for them to send me what they owe or refund my bank account. I want them to make this right. I know Im not the 1st ****** that this has happened to after reading past complaints on here. Disappointing.
