I paid but never received the correct PayPal code — it’s been 25 days!
On April 24, 2025, I purchased a PayPal eVoucher from G2A using my Saudi Alinma Visa card. The amount was 114.36 SAR (around $30.46 USD). The seller sent me an invalid code, and the money was never transferred to my PayPal account.
I contacted G2A support several times. They do reply, but each time they simply say “wait.” Now it has been 25 days, and I still haven’t received anything — no valid code, no refund, no resolution.
Their customer service is extremely slow and unhelpful. It feels like they are stalling on purpose without providing any real solution. I don’t know if this is fraud, theft, or simply exploitation of customers, but it is completely unacceptable.
This platform clearly fails to ensure that the customer receives the product correctly, and their support team does nothing to follow up or resolve the issue. Their overall service is poor, and the management seems to be incompetent.
I demand that proper action be taken. These types of websites should be investigated and held accountable for how they treat customers. This behavior should not be tolerated.

Xbox Game Pass Subscriptions are supposed to be Subscription Keys you enter within your own Xbox/Microsoft Account either online at Microsoft or within your Xbox Console. This scammer at G2A created a bogus hotmail account (their own Microsoft Account, not my existing one) that supposedly had the Game Pass Membership. The Key was never delivered for me to use myself (as it supposed to). Either G2A or ************* (the seller) is responsibile for my refund. They should be held accountable for this fraud. And, now PayPal has denied my claim. I will be doing a BBB complaint/review on PayPal as well!

I would avoid this site as it may be a scam, and PayPal closed my claim for a refund in the seller’s favor ignoring all proofs! I purchased Adobe photoshop Elements, and could never activate with the “key” e-mailed. Adobe, seller’s automated replies, G2A support, and PayPal did not help, so I’ve paid money and received nothing! Last hope is figuring out how to request refund from my credit card company attached to PayPal. What a 2 month headache!!

Was sold an invalid code and brought it up with the seller, they didn't reply for multiple days so I made a claim with PayPal. Seller gets back to me eventually and confirms the code doesn't work and offers a refund, but they couldn't as I had already opened a case with PayPal and wasn't willing to close it, as PayPal support advised me. Case is denied as G2A supposedly provided proof of delivery, despite the failure being reflected in my conversation with the seller and the order status on their website. My following appeal providing everything possible to prove I didn't receive the product is denied, leaving me with no choice but to charge back with my card provider. They banned my account for this of course.
I'd had plenty of satisfactory transactions with G2A previously, so this was pretty disappointing. Naturally I have no interest in purchasing from them again and would advise nobody to do so. My story seems to reflect many others and goes to show this company is a blatant scam.

Charged for a code that was already redeemed.
Tried escalating the issue with G2A and had to take the issue to PayPal and lost the case in the seller's favor.
I never got the game I paid for and was denied any refund.
Avoid G2A and use ******.*** instead

These guys are 100% scammers and they support fraud and scams from their sellers, I purchased a Microsoft Office key from a seller called Vikingbrothers (a well-known scammer on Reddit even though I did not know at the time). As expected once I got the key I attempted to claim it only to receive a message from ********* that the key is invalid and does not work for retail use. I attempted to contact the seller regarding the issues only to be met with bot messages repeating the same thing which was for me to "try again". Eventually, I escalated it to G2A support after 7 days (that is the minimum wait time for a claim which is ridiculous). After over 48 hours, they finally got back to me and requested that I provided a police report (for a 29$ purchase...) as well as proper documentation of a crime being reported (which is absolutely ridiculous). Naturally, I refused to provide a police report since no police department is going to chase after a 29$ scam case. This leads to them "looking into it" for another week before outright banning my account out of the blue with no communications. I checked ****** and it turns out, many people have had the same issues with G2A regarding their protection of well-known scammers in the community instead of trying to work things out with the customers. They will ban you to attempt to "remove" all history of exchanges between you and the seller as well as their support. Luckily for me, I have all the conversations saved as proof so I can easily get my money back through a chargeback. I would highly encourage everyone to purchase something big from Vikingbrothers and then issue a chargeback to bankrupt this scammer. I checked into their locations and they are based in Singapore in a small rented office building, typical scammer location. Below are the ****** link to this scammer (there's more if you search their name on ******): ************************************************************************************************/

Got scammed, tried to buy a key and got a steam account from china that bought the game with indian currancy and japanese currancy to get the game 30 dollars cheaper then sell it to me on an unusable account because I don't live in china not to mention I just wanted a digital key. They added global to the title to make it seem like a key. It was false advertisement either way because the account didn't even work globally. They read my request for support and said it was a legitimate sale and closed the ticket without even letting me reply.

They made it incredibly impossible for me to get a refund I had to fight left and right. Even ****** denied my claim because apparently G2A Somehow prove to them that I got a code that I never got. Luckily, the sour was at least honest enough enough to refund me but again they didn’t want to refund me in the first place because they told me it was a digital code. The seller said things and different conversations. Eventually I got my refund. This company is not to be dealt with and you should not spend your money on them. They will absolutely ban your account if you have any issues. I’m thankful that I finally got my money back but honestly, honestly, I will never purchase another item from the store
