    They support scammers and side with them and offer no support for the customers buying products through their marketplace. G2A is no longer the trustworthy company it used to be.

    Sells illegal products and refuses refunds.
    I attempted to buy a product, but was given a "key" or the username and password supposedly containing the product. This account selling goes against legal terms in the account TOS, making it illegal and subject to seizure.
    The seller suggested that G2A TOS overrides the TOS of the company creating the accounts, which is not how anything works, and G2A support refused to take any action, referring me back to the seller, giving their tacit approval of illegal sales. This company needs to be shut down.

    Beware of what you're buying. G2A does not take proper precautions to vet out the sellers. People sell accounts on their sight which is different then a key. They will not give a refund on items not used and have terrible customer service... Use a more reputable site.

    Complete s*** sellers did false advertising and I lost 25$ so I opened a support ticket and every message took 3 days for them to send out and after I gave them screenshots showing the key I bought did not work they said I had to file a police report for fraud when I didn't have any personal information of the seller and we dont even live in the same country so the police couldnt do anything AND ALL THIS WAS OVER 25$ lol
