    They knowingly allow sales of accounts that violate the TOS of Microsoft. How do I know it's knowingly? Because I emailed support telling them the issue and they said that the sale was labeled correctly (as an account sale). How they can knowingly allow the sale of an unusable item for those following the rules seems like a predatory sales tactic from the point of view of this consumer.

    I had a terrible experience on the G2A platform with the predatory seller: Ultimate_Choices. They are selling invalid coupons, and draging out refunds. (They will have you go through multiple steps to resolve the issue, and after you complete them they will just say: "no refunds")
    Please stay clear from this platform. There are other much more credible marketplaces out there. I made the mistake by not checking the reviews before purchasing. Dont make the same mistake i did.

    BUYER BEWARE!
    It doesn't look like I'm the first one this happened to, but I'll give you the story anyway - I accidentally purchased a Steam Code for Elden Ring from G2A, which turned out to be an entirely separate account. I politely contacted the seller requesting a refund or exchange for a legitimate code, and the seller told me to kick rocks. As G2A has a strict "NO REFUNDS" policy, I had no choice but to report this fraudulent transaction to my credit card company and file a dispute. The credit card company sided with me and offered a full refund of the purchase. A few days later, I received the following email from G2A's team:
    "Hello,
    Your G2A account has been blocked due to anomalous activity that our system detected. We are sorry for this inconvenience, but this decision will not be changed. Your account will remain blocked.
    Best regards,
    Account Issue Team"
    The funniest part of this email is that they dared to think I'd ever consider using their services again after this experience.

    They don't give you any keys. they give you some kind of hacked steam account then expect you to "family share" the keys with yourself.
    i disputed this transaction but did not get a refund as paypal would rather support these scammers then legitimate customers.
    i lost my money and got nothing!! do not fall for their lies!!!

    Paid $60 for no codes on two games. Don't use G2A.

    I got scammed by one of their sellers and support ghosted me and never provided any refund or resolution. I had to do a bank charge back to get my money back. Even if the seller breaks G2A's policies they are not kicked off, this shows how greedy they are.

    I got scammed by a fake company while trying to buy a key. I contacted the seller and G2A directly and have not gotten a response. I will follow up once the situation has progressed further if it does. I would recommend staying away from this site and its numerous scam and fake sellers.

    When google search "steam Key total war warhammers (any game or DLC)" this G2A.com normally pop up as ranked one. Then when you bought and tried to install the key, it is not valid because it is NOT a steam key". Then they won't refund you. G2A support found out it was a steam key customer complaint then stop responding. Cheating seller!
